  1. I'll send Joey Lock a PM then! I'll use greenscreen and all the backgrounds in the distance will be added in later in the computer, yes. Thanks.
  2. Hi there I'm currently in pre-production of a short brickfilm taking place in the Caribbean. Even though I have quite a few of the Pirate lego sets I'd like to have a ship in a slightly bigger scale. The idea is that for wider shots I'll use a CGI version of the ship and for the closeups I'll use real lego, only building what's needed for the shot. So, I'm wondering if anyone here who happens to have ships made in a CAD or maybe even 3ds max or Maya or whatever is willing to send me their files and let me use the ship in my film. You will of course be credited. The ship doesn't have to be historically accurate but it does have to be big. :) I'm also interested in other pirate-inspired MOCs, buildings I can use in the background and things like that. In case anyone is interested, I'll do the lighting and rendering in 3ds max and the compositing in Adobe After Effects. Oh, and english is not my native language so don't think I'm any less serious simply because my grammar might be bad. Thanks!
