  1. THAT'S IT! I was using the 32 Bit version of LDD to POV with the 64 Bit Version of POV-Ray! I uninstalled the 32 bit LDD to POV ray and selected the 64 BIT from your website. I restarted, tried again and it works! It is beautiful. Wow, I am so impressed. Great Job! and thank you! (add to Troubleshooting)
  2. Having Trouble with render after I click run I get the following error... I've tried moving the POV file to the desktop etc but nothing. The error seems simple but can't figure it out. BTW this is an awesome looking tool! Thanks for your help.
  3. Yeah, this is great! The camper is well done!
  4. Klaus-Dieter, Cafe Corner (with the giant Hotel sign) is a City set it is in the Town section of Lego.com; you won't find it listed in Creator or Factory. Now it may not be a Lego System set but it is a City set; be it too big or not junior enough is besides the point. If Lego wants continued success with city sets they will have to keep supplying spectacular Modular Size buildings that are non traditional fire and police. I would speculate that the next Modular Set will be a train station since AFOL is the main target for trains.
  5. I keep seeing people mention adding a hotel, didn't Lego just pull off the most famous hotel ever? On that note Lego needs to get with the service industry and bring back banks and food joints.
  6. Not Sure if this has been posted... Lego Office/Storefront System: Lego Dentist Law Firm Accountant. TLG could design a two or three building office space or loft type building and allow stickers (or tiles) options for signs for professional services like dentists and law firms. Also: Furniture store Electronics Hut (with TV's, Washers/Dryers etc) Hardware Store (lots of Lego Tools already available for inventory) Department Store (Modular and expandable like Cafe Corner, think Macy's New York City) Bring back News Teams (think News Station) and Electric/Power/Gas Company/Telephone (Need Utilities in the city, no more fire stations!)
  7. Some of their most commonly used bricks are still really out of whack. I was just loading an LDD item and had to remove most of the core bricks in order to get a fair price. Lego really needs to audit all 1400 plus bricks before releasing their "apology" statement to the public. I am going to stay away from LDD and pick a brick until they put some common sense into their order system.
  8. The builders have spoken! At last, may there be "piece" throughout the galaxy! (Patiently waiting for LDD to pick up the price refresh...and NOW...OK... how about NOW...still no refresh...and NOW...[bangs head on desk])
  9. It looks like PAB prices for 2009 are going to stick. The My Custom Design has fallen off the top 25 list for the first time since I've been using PAB over the last few years (it's actually at number 25 as of this post). The only thing to watch for at this point is the cost of new uploads in the Custom Design Gallery. If the uploads are stale then maybe they are planning to adjust the prices. If the uploads increase, check the price, it is possible that the price will be this way for all of 09'
  10. It looks like the prices of only a few items have been changed for the US, only those 8 or so items showing up in the Spring Catalogue were updated (I image TLC wants to make sure there is no false advertisement.) The other pieces are still useless though (a minifig torso is still 2.50, legs are $1.00, I bought a full soldier with torso, legs, hat head and weapons xtra pieces at Target today for $3.50 Also, LDD is registering triple prices and appears to not have received the update. NOTICE that US "My Custom Design" fell from #3 to #21 in just 4 days! Hello TLC, fix the prices!!!
  11. I just finished designing a couple of MOCs on LDD using some of the really cool new parts but the sets are almost $400 USD! Normally the price is around $40 to $60. I am ready to order; It's been almost a week, are they going to fix the issue or what?
  12. OK, it has to be a glitch, I just got my Spring 2009 Catalog, the Pick A Brick has prices for 8 items. I listed the item then checked LDD, on average the items are off 280%. example: the 2 x 2 Brick listed in Spring Catalog is $.10 USD, in LDD it is $.29, the 2x2x2 Seat is $.15 in Catalog on LDD it is $.40, the 2x2 flat tile is $.08 on LDD it is $.35 (that's a 430% increase!) so I am betting: Glitch. So to be sure take the model you made and divide the price by 280% and that should be about the actual cost.
  13. History seems to strike twice with Lego, I forsee a 2010 monorail in the near future...(that's why I voted #2)
  14. I emailed Lego with a "Furious Protest Note" i spend (on average) $200 bucks a month on PAB. I went to change my LDD item tonight and the price was $550 dollars (it was $128 the night before)! I can't believe this. I will boycott them for this, PAB was fantastic for my hobby (I always bought at least a packaged set whenever I made an online order.) This is a dark day indeed... I pray it is a mistake or a joke...
  15. If you can, show how to connect the AT-TE. I have the dropship and the AT-TE; and the Cannon on the AT-TE has to be moved to the side and hangs of in order to connect the dropshop.
