Two tanks I made exclusively with pieces from two Pirate Tank sets. After seeing what Legohaulic and Nannan did with two, I couldn't resist when I accidentally got a pair myself, for Christmas. I didn't finish quite as spectacularly as them, but I'm rather pleased. [/copypaste from flickr]

I'm pleasantly surprised, but the lack of knees is a downer.

I for one love the idea of a plus-rod Hau, and I wouldn't mind if these were real--if they were quality sets. This chibi-version crap of favorite heroes is just not going to cut it.

Bam. Glatorian outcast had been living in mountains near hole into prototype GS, runs after Mata-Nui and Gelu and company to warn them of danger of falling in, and they fall in. Very dejected and hopeless.

I've got a Glatorian on the way. I'll do Gelu and maybe Mata-Nui.

Oh, he's not evil because he transformed, perhaps he figures if you can't beat 'em, join 'em and he volunteers as an experimental specimen?

Perhaps the captured ones could be forced to fight in twisted Glatorian matches by their captors? Maybe a couple could be used in experiments, explaining their changed appearances. Gelu is transformed and becomes evil?

Okay, I wasn't completely clear on that... that sounds a bit more reasonable.... still, a minute seems a bit extreme. Perhaps he's a master of every vehicle on Bara Magna, and using that knowledge he can quickly (matter of days, hours perhaps) master some vehicles he finds under the surface.
