  1. Hi! Im using BB 1.7.1 but are running out of ideas for my layout. Someone who wants to test my table and giving me some inspiration? Send me a PM and I will send my table-gif!
  2. The rails that comes with 7860 with an "interruption", can I make them myself, by just cutting the metal?
  3. Actually, the (in)famous 1593 was sold in Sweden. Got it for christmas 1986. Did my mother have a special deal with LEGO? Just like the 1966 i lost the box but kept the instructions!
  4. The 1966 set was (accidently?) sold in Sweden. I got it for christmas 1985. Pity I didn't keep the box, but the instructions is in fine shape! :-)
  5. The size I need is appr. 1000x500px, 150dpi
  6. Sorry.. those pictures aren´t close to the size I need.
  7. Because I dont have the boxes, and the pics I find on the net isn´t large enough for printing in 150dpi
  8. Yes, for example.
  9. Does anybody know where I could find hi res pics of the 12v era trains and building? I want to print them and put on my storage boxes for each train.. The one I find on google aren´t close to be big enough..
  10. Yes! It is! 2 minutes after my post here, I solved it! Pics will come in a few days when my layout is ready!
  11. Hi! I am building a 12v layout combining tracks and old road plates. Now I wonder, is it possible to have a 7823 connected to a layout and connects its baseplate to other baseplates i.e 7866? I have tried countless variants but now I am beginning to think if its even possible? Can someone help me?
  12. Hello! I've been lurking around the Train tech forum for quite some time now and now it is time to introduce myself! I'm from Sweden, 35 years old and after that my "dark ages" ended 2002 i've been (re)collecting LEGO from 1978-1986. As a kid I didn't have any trains at all but now my collection grows as the budget allows :-) I'm for the moment (and probably for some years) into grey 12v and have some trains and some buildings. Sadly enough is it the more expensive items i'm missing like 7727, 7740 and 7750. I have also done the swedish interpretation of BlueBrick layout software. I'm planning a small(?) layout in a small spare room I have, maybe I'll post some images later on. Aside from LEGO; I'm living in the western parts of Sweden with my girlfriend, our two dogs and four cats, in the countryside. I work as a computer programmer and in my spare time I enjoy movies, books, Photoshop and some building for the house. If anyone know sources of information about 12v track geometry, electricity, specifications, please feel free to contact me! Regards Ralf
  13. An option I would like to have is to be able to enter the amount of tracks I have and be limited by this, building my layout. I other words, I have 67 straight track sections, 40 curved, 2 left points, 2 right points and one crossing, and not be able to use more than that?
  14. Regarding the horrible "last volt".. I have 3 trafos 7864, and yesterday i checked the numbers of volts on them. At full speed they all reached 13-14 volts, and the static socket for lights, controls and so on, delivered 15 volt steadily! Is something wrong? Can i use my motors without damaging them?
  15. If there are plans for a swedish translation, let me know, as I think I can help out with that.
  16. Great idea, and I just agree with many others above; the walkway is excellent, the center stair i particular!
  17. On Swebrick, we also have a rule about size. The base must not be larger than 8x8 studs!
  18. So is my first MOC completed. No excuses, but few explanations: It is my first MOC since childhood and I have not very much Lego, especially not new bricks but I have for the first time a few new colors and new pieces. In my castle world, it is still 1984-85 and I have thought this could have been the sister-set for Guarded inn 6067. Larger MOCs will come when time and more pieces allow! An important part of any medieval town and castle was the mill so the peasants were often customers to the miller. This miller is everything but popular right now. The poor farmer is furious over the prices of flour. Although Miller tries to soften him up by offering a pint, the customer is not very happy. The castle guard is not happy with life either. Instead of standing on the pass and look cool and scary, he has to help with the loading. He wanted to show how brave he was with his halberd, and as that was not enough, the miller insists that the guards duties includes keeping the ivy at bay. "Tomorrow I will request transfer to another watch" mumbles the guard. http://www.tydje.se/bilder/lego/100_1576.JPG http://www.tydje.se/bilder/lego/100_1577.JPG http://www.tydje.se/bilder/lego/100_1578.JPG http://www.tydje.se/bilder/lego/100_1579.JPG http://www.tydje.se/bilder/lego/100_1580.JPG http://www.tydje.se/bilder/lego/100_1587.JPG
  19. Does anyone know the specifications for the grey 12v cable? Cable area?
