Hi I am sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you. There were more than 60 people (more than 30 volunteers) taking part in the event and most of them have stated that they had a positive experience. When it comes to your situation, I believe mistakes can happen and it seems that the lack of communication from our side has been the main reason which has caused all those unfortunate coincidences. We are happy to get all kind of feedback from the event (both positive and negative) and, of course, we will learn from yours.
