So the venator is rumored to have 5 minifigs which are palpatine, 2 senate commandos and 2 clone troopers. that doesn't seem enough to me there is a clone wars episode coming up that includes palpatine, his guards andd Luminara Unduli aswell so maybe TLC might put Luminara in there. AJH
