It's quite odd. That was intentional.

MoD was fun back when it was still bad (as in a a bad bionicle discussion board) , but no one cared. Just a fun game of social manipulation, really. But now that people want to "improve" it, I'll say that it'll never attract a large or fun community again. Most of the cool people already hang out elsewhere.

The Extra-Terrestrial Combat Suit Mark 3 is the first mass-produced mecha intended for use in space. Equipped with a powerful particle acceleration turbine, it is well suited for the vast expanses of the unknown. The legs are much less powerful than its earth-based counterparts, as their primary function is simply to allow for docking with standardized hangars.
