  2. You rock Houndblower Thanks.
  3. Please do, I have slow internet connection, so big photos/images slow down my connection big time. But yes, I really like your little boot camp here, I currently working on a comic that will include a British boot camp.
  4. Iv got about 12 cannons. 3 old ones, 9 new ones
  5. I meant that they outnumber us at sea by about 30-1 and yes our military muscle is growing
  6. I agree 100%, you are more like a manager then a pirate. No problem
  7. 1-Han Solo/classic out fit. He is my favorite SW fig by far 2-Luke Skywalker/Jedi. 3-Obi Wan Kenobi/old. 4-Commander Fox 5-Grand Moff Tarkin. 6-Imperial Officer. 7-Storm trooper/Imperial Inspection. 8-Obi Wan Kenobi/Episode III 9-Darth Sideous. 10-Darth Vader
  8. I thought that you guys would like to see a review of the game.It came out in 2003. This is the art work for the front cover, Here goes.... Though much of it is based on the original Tropico, the game play is very different. The player runs a pirate island and, as the Pirate King, must keep the pirates happy while stealing as much booty as possible. Workers, called captives, are taken on raids, from shipwrecks off the player's island, or from nations with which an alliance has been established. They are the lifeblood of the economy, and all construction and production is done by their hands. They can take on most of the jobs available, including farmer, lumberjack, and blacksmith, and can even be promoted to a pirate. Skilled captives may be able to perform more specialized jobs unskilled captives cannot. To keep captives "happy", order must be instilled on the island. Pirates, however, prefer anarchy. You also need to keep the captives afraid, so they live in fear of you, and will not run away or escape the island. This is important because some escaping captives inform angry monarchs of your island location, and angry monarchs may send warships your way. Pirate ships may be built at boatyards or shipyards, and are used to plunder other islands or board enemy ships to steal gold with which you can build a greater pirate base. There are also several challenging scenarios in which the goal is to survive in harsh environments, from angry pirates to escaping captives. On the whole, the game is more streamlined than the original Tropico. There are fewer building areas the player needs to worry about and the importance of the political factions is marginalized to the point of rendering them meaningless. The "reverse economy" requires less production because money can be stolen to satisfy certain objectives. Regardless, money cannot be plundered if the following production list is not followed. Here is a little info about the other details Developer(s) Frog City Software Publisher(s) Gathering of Developers/Take-Two Interactive (Windows), Feral Interactive (Macintosh) Designer(s) Bill Spieth/Frog City Software Engine S3D Platform(s) Windows, Mac OS X Release date(s) 2003 Genre(s) Construction and management simulation Mode(s) Single player Rating(s) ESRB: Teen (T) Media 2 CD-ROMs System requirements P200 MHz CPU, 64 MB RAM, 1.7 GB HD Input methods Keyboard and mouse. Overall I would rate this game 8/10. The reason I give it an 8 is because pirates get mad WAYYYYYY to quick I would rate the graphics 9/10. I find that they are a little to pixely here and there but overall the graphics are pretty sweet Game play is about 10/10. The game is very busy and things are always happening, wich is something I really like. Here are some screen shots A overview of the Island. A good view of the town. A shot of one of the farms. A smaller village. A shot of a few buildings. I suggest buying this because it contains some great MOCing ideas. Enjoy Broadside.
  9. Tropico Pirates is one of my favorite games to play. I love to send out Big ships, I have owned the game for 3 years and I still have not beaten it. By the way, your loot stash looks very similar to the one in the game. Good Job
  10. I agree 100%. With pirates, rafts play a key role.....kinda
  11. Don't be to sure of your self there Cap'n, The British outnumber us by about 30 to 1 I believe you are right.
  12. How about a banner with Governor Broadside, Captain Redbeard, Admiral Woodhouse and other Important Lego pirates leaders beside a slogan saying Blue coats rule, Red coats rock, and Pirates kick butt......something to that effect would be nice Broadside.
  13. A very good castle I must say. I really like those giant cross bows that the attackers are using, and the little wall that they are hiding behind are awesome as well A job well done.
  14. That looks AWESOME Houndblower. I must build one at once.
  15. I cant understand what you said. Anyway, it looks great, Good Job Ewok
  16. DON'T DO IT!! If you were to sell your blue coats, we would have to listen to you whine for years to come about how much you miss your old blue coats, plus you are one of the blue coat fanatics, it would be a disgrace for you, THE BLUE COAT BOSS TO SELL THEM. DON"T DO IT!!!
  17. I believe it, you have A LOT of Lego I noticed you are new. Welcome to Eurobricks.
  18. Yes I agree, I always buy the sets first then I start army building. Me too. I have a lot of priorities such as paying for skiing lessons, buying ammo for my shot gun (I am a member of a skeet club, so I go through ammo pretty quick, I reload my empties to save money for Lego and video games). I have bought about 25 clone troopers in the last 2 months due too the fact that the battle pack is not going to be out for ever, as I learnt with the episode III battle pack. stupidly I only bought 1 pack As for castle I never army build on purpose, I have about 80-100 figures. The only reason I have that many is because I have bought most of the sets between 2004-2009. I love to build my pirate and soldier armys. I will never stop buying soldiers, NEVER
  19. They cant seem too keep these monkeys under control Looks good Monkeys rule
  20. One time I got a Saber Island for about $15 US dollars and another time I got a load of about 30 weapons for $8.99. Both were from Ebay. My cousins gave me a bag of Lego wich contained The Island Canteram, plus a pirate and a couple of random figs. I would say that I have had good luck so far
  21. Very intresting, I must try that sometime.
  22. I garuntee that if you decide to sell your MASSIVE collection, you will most likely regret it someday. If I were you I would buy all the SW sets, and even the clone wars sets. Don't say I didn't warn you.
  23. My favorite is 7190. It looks very realistic, it has some great figures but it could have had a better interior, just like Klaus-Dieter said.
  24. Me too What does MM stand for?
