Your right.......BUT if the shark does die/gets knocked out cold and the soldier try's to swim to the dock, you must remember that the Pirate Captain has a rifle and might just shoot the soldier before he can get to safety, and you never know, there could be more sharks nearby, plus there are like 3 or 4 ship loads of pirates nearby so I would say his chances of survival are not very high or promising.

Personally I love the story that goes along with the Pirate theme It makes it a whole lot more interesting, and I also find that it gives it a since of order. Concerning children, I now for a fact that they don't give a care about the story, but most adults do.

97.8% is not that bad of feedback considering the fact that he has close to 900 ratings. But it would be nice if all the stuff we placed adds for had sellers with 100% positive feedback, but that would mean more work for poor old Zorro who spends enough time as it is doing the Ebay auctions.

He doesn't represent the castle themes from the past 2 decades very well. Hes to modern for me, But I still like him.

I picked up the set the other day and I would rate it 7/10. The overall design wasn't that bad while the figs were great. There are a lot of pros and cons with this set
