I'd be glad to--under one condition! I wanna see pictures of the decals applied! It may be a while before I can get around to it, though. I'm pretty busy with school work.
-
Well, the face decals only cover half of a head, and the Joker's makeup covers his ears, so I think that's about right. Thanks, though!

Heath Ledger Joker *V.1 Finished*
Stainboy replied to SirNadroj's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Those look great! You should post a shot of them all together! -
Shoc, I made these using MS Paint. Is there much I can do about it with just that? I've made a couple of new faces. First, the Joker smiling with deteriorated makeup: Second, the Joker's clown mask, which would be applied to a plain white head: I'm not too sure how well that one worked out.
-
Any suggestions for fixing the pixellatiousness? Also, I've been experimenting with different techniques forthe makeup around his eyes. Which do you guys think looks best?
-
Thanks! Here it is with the coat continued to his legs, as well as him in just his vest: Do you think the second one should be applied to a green torso and have the vest be clear, or a sand blue torso and have the shirt be clear? And I'm assuming you mean the chain for his pocket watch?

I love Hellboy, and you did a great job bringing Mignola's work to the world of LEGO! I agree with the others, you need to do more! At least finish out the B.P.R.D. Enhanced Talents Force with Liz and Daimio!

Great work with the painting and the trenchcoat! If you're still looking for decals, I just made a couple. I'm probably gonna steal your green Anakin hair idea when I make mine. And sorry to nitpick, JimButcher, but . -
Hey guys! I've been a member here for a couple of years, but I also haven't posted in a couple of years... Anyway, I decided to try my hand at some decals based off of Heath Ledger's incarnation of the Joker from The Dark Knight. What do you think? I'm going to make some more decals so his trenchcoat can continue onto his legs. Comments? Suggestions? Go easy on me, I haven't done this in a few years!

Star wars sets we'd like to see
Stainboy replied to Clone comander Nodra 999's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Yeah, but Tusken Raiders don't seem as human as little, unmasked children do. It's okay for LEGO to make sers with stormtroopers and Tuskens getting killed, because they're all the same, they don't really have any individuality. But normal humans? I don't think they'd do it. SPOILER for anyone who hasn't seen or read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Notice how, in the Harry Potter line, the Graveyard Duel set didn't even include a Cedric Diggory minifig? Killing helmeted villains is all right, but not defenseless little kids. -
Harry Potter 05: Add Quidditch to lego sport?
Stainboy replied to Backpack3's topic in LEGO Licensed
HP XI? There's only going to be seven. I'd like a Quidditch stadium, but I think a playable one would be far too complicated. And christopher110, where'd you get the mat that's under the sets in your signature? -
Think the Sail Barge'll come with a new skiff? And I hope the included Sarlacc isn't that stupid worm thing from the special edition. Well what would you expect then? Just a pit with tentacles, like in the original film. Well, if it does include the new Sarlacc, it will probably be removable from the actual pit. Problem solved.

So, no Burton Batman? :( Oh well, sers sound pretty good. I wanna see how they do Two-Face--think they'll just take a sold-color head and print one half of it a different color? Or will the head be made of two different colors of plastic? And I'd never even heard of Killer Croc before, but, from the picture MattZitron posted (which looks like the Lizard from Spider-Man), I'm very interested in seeing how LEGO pulls off that minifig. I know I want to at least get the Batmobile, and the set with The Joker.
-
Thanks! Glad to hear it's the old Batman. My only complaint with the minifigure right now, besides the batarang, which is the wrong color, is the fact that the cowl has a nose. LEGOs don't have noses! Well, some of them do, but most of them don't.
