  1. Nice review. This was the first set I bought in years. Just a quick FYI. Walmart now has them marked down to $30 in the States so you might be able to go back and get a price adjustment. Most stores are out now but you might get lucky.
  2. Just figured I would drop in and officially introduce myself. I am 32 from the US. I am a Lego fan from way back but somewhere I lost my way ;). Shopping with my sister and my niece and nephew has brought me back to the toy aisle only to bring back my interest in Lego. I was able to score 2 of the Castle Siege set 7094 at Walmart for $30 each so I figure this will be my first build. I just need to figure out where to build them now lol. I would say the lines that interest me are the Agents, Castle, Pirates, and a few of the city sets. Going through my old toys at my parents, it looks like I had the following sets 6075, 6386, 6391, 6952, 6954, and 6972. I swear I had more but those are the instructions I found. I need to figure out a way to sort these old sets since they are just in a bunch of boxes mixed up.
  3. I found myself in the Lego aisle today for the first time in years while Xmas shopping for my niece and nephew. To give you an idea one of the last Lego sets I remember getting was one of the Classic Castle sets, looking on Bricklink it appears to be 6075 back from 1981. As a result now I have an itch to build something. I was hoping Lego had some nice sets aimed at 16+ but that doesn't seem to be the case beyond the collector sets such as the Death Star. I think I would prefer to build a building over a vehicle and I would rather go larger over smaller. At the same time I want to keep at or below $100 since I don't know if the interest will grab me again. The Agents series looked cool but I only saw vehicles. Any suggestions? Also is there a good breakdown somewhere that lists what everyone thinks is a fair price per brick? Some of the sets seemed pretty pricey for the number of bricks.
