The speakers have been centered, and the power/wireless lights have been placed next to the newly designed hinge and are visible when the DSLite is closed. The microphone has also been repositioned to under the top screen, where it is in the center. A nice embossed DS logo is visible on the front of the DS and the start/select buttons have been moved down and above each other. The power button is now a flick switch on the side of the unit. All the buttons on the DS Lite are now squishier than they were before and the stylus slides in to the side instead of the top.
