Thanks to all for your comments. You just have to take out the gray part in the head, that will be very hard to do, I've used A crowbar with round tip to do it. Them you can use Fabuland Heads on every minifig's torso. Let us imagine all possibility that that opens... Much more than friends figurines

Well, explain my point of view will be hard, english is not my born language, I'll try. For me when you give 9/10 it's for something that's near from perfection. When I read "Design: 9/10 I feel that it could be made a bit larger, adding more to the cave and some more skeleton pirates etc., and the price raised to make this much better." for me it's absurd (maybe "absurde" in french and "absurd" in english don't have the same power... Argg can't find the good word) I cannot personnaly give a 9/10 to a set that's I found small, little detailed and expansive. Maybe the good word is "overestimated" and not "absurd". And I don't want degrade his work, only point that I found that his rating isn't objective and won't represent the reality. Yes the good word is overestimated. Forget the "absurd" The purpose is not of giving the 20/20 for the set you review, it's understandable that the PotC fever is responsible for that, or maybe it's rhum... Capt'n S.

Very nice review, it should take you a long time to do. Bravo, nice job; everything is well presented but I found that your rating completely absurd. Minifigs are great except Cursed Barbossa, a double print head would be better, I think. Werewolf lose there clothes whenthey transform, not Barbossa ... These new skeletons's body, legs and arms are squalid. The PotC sets are very expensive, maybe THE MOST EXPENSIVE, and except the Cortez's treasure the rest of this set is bad as possible. I've made a review of this set too and my final rating is 12/20. Everthing is not awesome in this set. It's great to have this new license, there's lot off good minifigure for building so many MOCs. Capt'n Spaulding.

Many thanks for having hadded this mOc here! I will try to explain why there are those minifig, it will be hard, I'm not has good as that in english, sorry. This MOc had been done for the french forum's banner of "Legopirate forum" (name has changed now and it's Brickpirate) We wanted keep the spirit/idea of pirate's things/theme and show that we don't only like that. That's why I used lot's of various Lego theme. I really liked building this MOC, all characters have a pirate's item, R2D2 had his/her/it peg leg, Spiderman had a tricorne hat etc... It was a lot of fun to do and I don't think that I shall do it if the moderator didn't ask me to do it for our banner. I hope you like this MOC, you can see more details on my Flickr Capt'n Spaulding. I hope you understand somethings in that I've wrote

I've a picture to explain how to do http://www.flickr.com/photos/-captain-spaulding-/4857296014/ I've add pict in the first post, I try to do how you say (picture n°3) but I can't do anyting whit the right corner . Sorry I don't know "Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water", I was just inspired by the Atlantis Lego theme. The contest is to made an Atlantide guardian, Mine is some kind of Atlantis's gollem, made whit stone,Pieces of pillar in ruin, sand and Aquatic vegetation. The entity combined those materials to form the golem of Atlantis... I imagined a twisted story but I can't translate it to you with my gaps in English. Sorry. A lot of thanks to all of you! Capt'n Spaulding.

Treat and Trick... Here is my participation for this L13 special edition n°2 ( http://www.legopirate.net/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=6822 on Legopirate.net): Treat and Trick... Why to choose between the one or the other one when one can have two. It is roughly speaking the MOC which tells a day of Halloween: practical joke(stuffing), candy and disguise(fancy dress)... "This year we cross the Halloween at grandpa and grandma. This morning we bought candies with grandma. Grandpa and the boys decorated the house with a lot of pumpkins and cobwebs. This afternoon we saw full of great suits, the mummy and the werewolf did well to me fear! This evening it is Judith, the neighbor who keeps us. She promised us to take us to look for candies with her. She it is disguised as witch... ... The boys prepared a surprise for Judith; they planned full of practical jokes for her in the kitchen. I had not the right to see, it is top secret they said... ... Of the blow with grandpa we went to the attic to disguise. It is full of toy at grandpa! I knew not too much what to choose as disguise(fancy dress). Ghost's suit, that of the magician? Grandpa chose the suit of Dark Vador and finally I found that of the bounty hunter! One it is amused as madmen with Grandpa... The Halloween with grandpa and grandma it is really too cool!!! Other photos arrive very soon! At the moment we have not the right to post more than three photos... " Happy Halloween! " Mmmm, rather: " demonic Halloween! " Capt'n Spaulding.
