  1. It's a great set, great minifigs and accessoires. The plate however, is a nice brick to have but it is hard to customize. There's almost no room on it while it's such a nice plate. The price is a bit high indeed for a small but nice set like this. I'm considering to buy it or not. The fort is on my wishlist at last.
  2. Count me in! I have only one problem: I lost the instructions of the Caribbean Clipper somewhere. But still, I join.
  3. This offers a lot of information for me It shows what a set contains so you can consider to buy it or not. Because I own only the Red Beards Runner and Imperial Flagship I'm planning to buy everything. Thanks to you and much other guys for the info!
  4. For my it is already very obvious: The red minifigs symbolize the British, the blue the French. It is true the navy had persons on board dressed in blue, but only the officiers and higher-rank crew. The blue minifigs are defenitely French because I've discovered something: If you look at the little flag at the stern, you'll see a black symbol in it. It is a flower, the French lily. The French lily was used as military symbol in France. So that's why I think the blue coats represent the French.
  5. The old cannons can fire quite far, a friend of me has one of the new cannons. They look great because the new metal colour on it but it doesn't fire much worser. You can find your cannonballs back at least
  6. Slyowl does it again I like the rubbish look of the town, it looks like a place full of sickness, famine and death. I also like the numerous smart building techniques! the roof, the dock, the grain, the animals... too much At every point where I look there's something special, this is very nicely done!
  7. That's so awesome The idea of time-travelling pirates, the beach himself, the ships and the RIGGING of all those ships are so realistic!!! I especially like it because it's so huge, I've never seen a MOC of this size... really cool.
  8. I truely love it!! I wish Lego would release such sets as well. Very creative techniques, also the cannon is wonderful but the barrel inside makes it!! I suppose you are very talented in Lego-building
  9. I prefer the BSB looks above the BB. I like the rigging and sails of the BSB more, because the ugly skull on the sails on the BB But I like the realistic new colours and new minifigs on the BB, the BSB has more crewmembers but I like the new crewmember a bit more Anyway, they are both nice ships, but I vote for the Black Seas Barracuda.
