Ive just dug out a load of old lego from the loft at my parents house, Id forgotten how much of the stuff I used to own! I was amazed to find that in the buckets and buckets of the stuff I found, I didnt seem to have enough parts to correctly assemble any of the models which I remember owning :( (which defeated the point of digging it all out!!!) I did however luckily find two complete larger models models which I was hoping to sell to raise some funds to buy some complete models or spares for the several that must be lurking in the pieces I have. Is it possible to buy individual pieces of lego? If it is could anyone recommend a good place to order from (im in the UK). Also, is there anything like a website or database that holds information on the value of old lego kits? I have absolutely no idea what to ask for the two things I want to sell, and ebay and other sites have prices ranging from £10 to nearly £100 and im a little confused Thanks

It was the Police surveillance team lorry. Absolutely loved that piece and thankfully it was all there in a small taped up bag, ready for reassembly! Im going to have another dig around in the loft and see if I can't uncover a few more hidden treasures. I dont know how much I'll find as I do remember selling most of my Lego off many years ago, but Im keeping my fingers crossed.

Hello! Im an AFOL from Reading England looking to recollect some of my once massive childhood collection of Lego as a little collection. I was digging around in my parents loft recently and found a couple of old Technic models and some bits of Lego knocking around in some of my old stuff. Nothing too much, but I also found my favourite model from when I was younger. To cut a long story short I took it home with me, built it, and now I want a bit more! Im interested in the Lego Town range from the late 80's/early 90's mostly and want to get a few pieces together that I remember most and that meant most to me. Well, that me and why I'm here :) Thanks
