I believe he use aluminum mold (I could be wrong), and he use ABS plastics. I think he uses direct injection mold. He made couple buckets of each mold, a rough guess 100 of each. (I think his school actually limits him on how many he can make, just enough to test the integrity of the mold) No, I don't think he can make any more because he can only use the machinery for his final project. I think he is selling what he have on Ebay. I do not think there many are left. I remember him telling me about a few Lego customize brought a big chunk of those. If you want to trade, I have 10 of each available. I am not going to sell them.

Hello people, the imperial flagship have gotten into the new pirate line and I have brought all the new sets except for 6253 Shipwreck Hideout. Seeing that this set being so new (came out in 2009) and all other sets are still widely available, how come I can't seem to find this set anywhere other than bricklink or ebay. I am trying to make some custom Lego parts. designing is the easy part, but I am stuck at cutting and shaping ABS plastic. My plastic cutting X Acto Knife is not getting the job done. (I used to use it on gundam models made from softer plastics) Does anyone know or is already using a certain tool that he think is best for cutting ABS plastic? I am thinking maybe an electric heated xacto knife? Thank you!
