This may be relevant. I have a Fire Brigade with the faulty instructions (some numbers missing) so I asked Lego to send me out replacement instruction books last month. This morning I received book 2, but no book 1, so I gave them a call. The lady on the phone initially said they were out of stock and would be back in stock on the 11th March, so she would ship them to me as soon as they came back instock. After hanging up, she called back a minute later and said that when she was reviewing my order, she'd realised the Fire Brigade had been discontinued so there would be no more instruction booklets made, and I would have to do without. She is emailing me the instructions as that is all she can offer me.

I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to say I also have these errors in my FB instruction booklet. I ordered direct from Lego - I guess I must have gotten one from the back of the store-room if this is a 16months+ old problem.

Hello, nice to meet you all. I'm Lainey, and I'm from Scotland. I'm 27 and I have a 4 (almost 5) year old daughter. I started getting back into Lego just over a year ago when I started buying some for my daughter to play with. We had a few sets already but last year two new themes got us hooked big time - LOTR (for me) and Friends (for her). I am also a huge fan of Monster Fighters but I guess we are few and far between since the theme is being discontinued :(
