I'm always happy to see new minifigs in remake sets like this last pod racers set but c'mon. Why make remake sets like droid escape when there are so many sets that have not yet been made, namely: 1. The Cantina from the original Star Wars - minifigs: the cantina band guys, walrus man, the scarface dude, Luke, Obi-wan, etc. 2. The Rancor monster battle scene from the orignal Star Wars: Figures: Luke-redesigned, Gamorean Guard-redesigned, The Rancor, 3. A Cloud City Set featuring the Han Solo freezing scene: minifigures: ugnaught, Solo, Leia, Chewy, Lobot-redesigned, Boba-fett, Vader, Storm, 4. A Zillo Beast Set: with elite clones and new jedi minifigs with maybe some new lightsaber colors(why only green and blue?) 5. A night sisters set: minifigs: Mother Talsan, Any of the Nightsisters, Asaj Ventress 6. A Separatist Alliance Set: minifigs to include all of the separatist leadership figures 7. A Zero the gangster set: minifigs: Padme, Zero, 3PO, Red Clones 8. A Set with Master Senubay!!! - minifigures: Jango-jumper, Senubay, Librarian Jedi, Cad-Bane's cohort, Fish-guy, Asohka-redesigned 9. And Finally just any set with the following minifigures: A Kaminoan!, Dex!, a rabbit droid!, Wag-to!, Zero!,

this is a dissapointing model I think - it seems to lack the smooth surfaces it needs to be more authentic - and I hope there will be sails?! - wonder what the minifigs will be besides dooku - will it include his driver droid?

YUCK. I don't like the neon color schemes here - granted the creatures appear to be pretty cool although its hard to tell still - the minifig faces are lame and it seems that they are all with old torso designs too - how about some elfs lego?! or the rancor vs. Luke skywalker

I just got up from watching the original trilogy to write this - I really think lego could do a much better cantina set - one that included a bunch of new alien minis like snaggletooth, hammerhead, jawas, the three-eyed guys, and the Band members Those kinds of minis could also come about in a better Jabba's lounge set - I thought the sail barge was a cool set - but it didn't offer any exotic minifigs really - Also - what about a luke vs. the rancor lego set - that would be cool too

I'd really like to see some Taun Tauns - I imagine 2 small sets - one with luke, a taun taun, and the snow monster - another with solo and a taun taun - I would also like to see a decent cantina set with many minifigures like hammerhead, snaggletooth, jawas, squidhead, the three-eyed guy, and the band! - a Jabba's lounge set would accomplish the same thing too with a better Jabba minifig hopefully - What about a set that captures Han Solo becoming frozen - with ugnaught minifigs, bespin guards, and a backpack C-3po for Chewbacca!

I'm an enormous fan of the Star Wars lego - but I would love to see some expansion into say perhaps a bounty hunter sub-theme - it seems that this could combine the best of some of the new car-type designs and space concepts for ships, and could really generate cool minifigs that combined the creativity and detail of the spongebob mini's with the clone wars animae mini's features -

I don't know if persons from the lego company ever explore bricklink, but I would just like to put this idea out there - I'm a huge fan of the Star Wars & Castle themed sets, and am a little dissappointed by the return to the Pirate theme in 2009 instead of an Elf theme - but what would be the coolest would be a Romans vs. Egyptians History theme or Greeks vs. Mythological Creatures Theme like greek minifigs fighting Medussa, The Cracken, The Hydra, etc. - there is just a weath of material there to draw from - this is at least a new idea instead return to the Pirates
