  1. Holy cow! This is one of the best MOCs I've seen in a while! It's impressive because it's big, but also because it's just an awesome concept. Yeah, it's like Howl's Moving Castle except bigger...
  2. Yes! This needs to happen. I left Bionicle last year, but I would still buy this as one final set if it came out... and it was a good set. Personally, I don't care too much about size or price... as long as it's not too too big. But I would really like it to be built mostly of system. Or I guess, Technic would be okay. But I'd really rather have fewer Bionicle pieces. The ones these days are just too large and specialized to build something like this.
  3. Wow, I really like the new house! Definitely the best house I've seen in a while. This is probably the only set I will get that I've seen so far for 2010... I've gotta start scaling back my purchases now.
  4. Wow, excellently done! It's definitely one of the best bionicle MOCs I've seen. I particularly like the shoes. I haven't posted for a while on Eurobricks, but Sonic was totally my favorite character when I was a kid, so I just had to. Also, nice "Speed Returns" reference. I guess I'm not the only one on Eurobricks watching Project Needlemouse...
  5. All I want is more colors of existing pieces. The selection of pieces available is good as is. The percentages seem fairly optimal to me.

Very nicely done indeed! It looks very slick. I have never seen this particular anime, but I think I want to after seeing this...! Also, I second the request for instructions sometime. I would really like to make something like this for myself!
  7. Wow. Quite the abstraction. It's like... part of a human? Anyways, nice job on it! It doesn't even look like it's made of Lego bricks. I think you captured 'Fragility of Life' very well.
  8. Wow, nice job! I love the little ropes you put around it. Combined with that green color, it looks like it belongs in the jungle!
  9. Wow, that's so incredible! That has got to be one of the coolest LEGO creations I have ever seen in my entire life. ...I love the ammo loading system!
  10. 27 It's my favorite number!
  11. (I can post these here, right? They're not exactly space or mecha... but they are exo-force.) Hello, all. I've finally decided to post two of my own MOCs. I hope you like them! Actually they're combo models between 8103 (Sky Guardian) and 8106 (Aero Booster). The truth is, after buying those two sets I didn't particularly like either of them... so I just tore them apart and tried to make something better. Well actually, they're not perfect combo models. There are a couple of other pieces I used (like the minifig heads). I should also mention that they both cannot be made at the same time. I had to tear apart one in order to build the other. The first one is called the Nitro Dragoon. As you can probably tell by its shape, it's built for speed. It doesn't even have any weapons! But it can outfly anything. It actually flies by flapping its wings like a bird. The second one is called the Sky Lotus. This one is definitely built for combat. It's sort of like an aerial tank. The Sky Lotus is not very fast at all, but its highly defensive and offensive. It can spin around quickly to deflect bullets with its petals! Oh, and the turret on top rotates, even though it's a really jejune sort of function. The original idea for this model was to make it look like a flower from on top, with the long and short 'petals' jutting out at odd intervals. As you probably can tell, I had trouble getting the back wide petals to angle properly. Building in threes with LEGO is not easy! But I think it looks okay anyways. So what do you think? Any suggestions or comments? Please remember, though, that I didn't have so many pieces to work with... but I tried my best! 12. I'm all for option 2. It looks awesome.
  13. I really like to eat raw celery and strawberries.
  14. That would be Ninja, certainly. I mean, I'm sure LEGO could do it. It's not like ninja aren't popular anymore.
  15. No, I don't think so. Call me old, but I prefer the simpler designs of minifigures of the past. I think those suited the minifigure better. I think that the complexity of the designs today look awkward when compared to the simplicity of the minfigure itself.
  16. WALL-E needs to happen. Besides that, I don't care much for Disney. Who knows though, maybe we'll get something good.
  17. Ah, what can be said about the new Bionicle sets? They are certainly better than the Winter sets, that's for sure. I like Mata Nui. I guess I'm the only person that actually likes Keetorange though... I'll probably get him. I'm also glad they're finally bringing back Mata red in a red canister set! Still not enough to make me buy him though... Kiina looks pretty cool. I like how they made her look thin. I also like her new limbs and her new torso design. I'm still not sure if I'll get her or not... Vastus looks a mess. What more can be said? The ice guy (I forget his name) looks better put together than I expected. Overall though, he looks pretty boring and not worthy of my money. However, his mask/helmet is awesome, I'll give him that. Stronius looks okay. Not something I want to buy though. The titan sets don't look so good, except for Skopio. But he's way above my price range!
  18. I think this is a good collection. As people mentioned, two spacemen is kind of boring, but I'll probably be getting this collection anyway.
  19. Wow, what can be said about the Space Police? I think they look great! LEGO chose a wonderful color scheme. I like how the police are kind of more classic feeling, and the aliens are new and unique. I'm certainly looking forward to picking some of these up!
  20. Wow, what can be said about the new Power Miners sets? I'm midly disappointed that there's nothing as super cool as the Thunder Driller, but on the whole they look pretty good. And anyways, when I first saw Power Miners I was mildly disappointed, and now I love them. The big saw machine looks kind of standard compared to the other Power Miners sets. There just doesn't seem to be anything that really sets it apart. That being said, this could easily change once better pictures are seen. The Crsytal King is... interesting, to say the least. It's not often LEGO tries to make a figure like that out of system bricks, and quite honestly, I thought it'd be a bigger set. I'm disappointed by the use of ball-and-socket joints as well as by its whole blockiness. Still, I'm liking all the transparent bricks on him, and the awkwardness could be due to bad posing (which I think LEGO does quite often). This is one I'll certainly consider getting once I see some good photos. The big set looks really thrown together, but it also looks kind of cool. It seems sort of like a combination of a lot of the different Power Miner vehicles. On the box it looks like you can stand it up to make some sort of a tower (?). That'd be an interesting feature... Still, big sets like these are out of my price range. I'm not that interested in it. Well, they look pretty good. I hope we get to see more of these sets soon!
  21. Overall, I'm not incredibly impressed by these, but time will tell. Something strange: Besides masks, do you see any new pieces? I'd actually be glad if we get a break from new molds to get more recolors.
  22. I like what I see. From what I can tell, they look great! I especially like the new logo. It is, hands down, the best logo LEGO has ever desgined in my opinion. I hope we get more pictures soon though. Quite frankly, I'm surprised these sets didn't leak before LEGO let them out.
  23. I really like those movies. The designer interview is pretty cool too, though a bit confusing.
  24. Nicely done! I especially like how you used the yellow and black tiles. However, perhaps you should reconsider using that printed skull tile. Those are really expensive on the LDD...
  25. Hm, what can I say about these new summer sets? I don't really like them, though I'll say they're better than the winter ones (still not nearly as good as 2008 in my opinion though). From what I can tell, the one's that look good are Mata Nui and Kiina. That's all though. I really wish LEGO would try something new with the canister sets...
