I definatly have felt embarrassed about it. Currently, only my family knows about my collection. But even they think it is kind of strange. My mom actually told me tonight that it was a waste of money when I went to Target to by the ARC 170. I never told anyone at school, and since I'm 18 and finishing up high school, I figure why bother now. (Though everyone does know I am a huge Star Wars fan). Its just the whole collecting toys thing that would throw people off. However, next year I am going to college and I hope to begin to atleast tell some of my close friends that will be going with me. The school is a very math and science based school (mostly engineering degrees) so I'll feel more at home with my fellow nerds and can't wait I think the thing about LEGO is that people just remember what they played with as a little kid. The simple, colorful city sets and the big 1000 piece boxes they would get of random pieces, building red, green and blue airplanes and robots. Not many know of the whole online community and thought process that goes into building MOCs and how sets are now vastly different than what they were ten years ago. Also, to the people who ask for a gift receipt when buying LEGO, I do the same thing

This is going to happen every year, just with a different theme. Companies never learn from there mistakes...

Well, the Power Miners site is already up. Which is a surprise that the Pirates site isn't up yet. But that might be a sign that they are putting some effort into the site, with some nice bios of the pirates, soldiers, and some fun other stuff. I'm sure it will be up within the next few days if not maybe hours.

Definatly realistic. I was going to start collecting the castle line, to get a change from Star Wars, but once the Goblins were put in, I decided I will just wait till the next line of castle comes out. So I'll definatly be getting the Pirate sets, lets just hope they don't start making zombie pirates...

On the AAT box, if you notice, it comes with 3 super battle droids rather than one shown on the prelim pics. And it also looks like it comes with 2 normal battle droids, it shows on the top of the box. Just thought I'd add that.

That list does sound good, except for a few things 1) The Palpatines Arrest set needs atleast 2 if not 3 more figs. And I hope it comes with the Blue Imperial Guards, as I would love to see thos. 2) There is no way we are going to get ANOTHER Falcon. We just got one a few months ago. It is possible for a new normal Falcon (not UCS) but I still don't see it happening 3) The Venator has 20 FIGS! That seems a bit much. I could see them putting that many in there since it is 10th Aniversary, but something just seems strange about that. I do like that line up of sets for summer, but it just doesn't seem intirally true.

Well, for my LEGO that I use to build MOCs, I have them all in bins sorted by color. Then where I keep my built LEGO sets (mostly Star Wars) I have 3 shelves in my room that I pu them on, then some on my nightstand and some more on my dresser. I also have a large shelf in my closet on the top where I put my old sets after I get new ones, or where I put sets when I rearange my collection. I am getting ready to make my room Clone Wars sets only, so I'll put all my OT sets in my closet for now. Which will also give me a chance to dust them all off.

If there is still room, I would love to join. This would be a very fun oportunity. But if there isn't any room, then I guess I'll wait for the second time this comes around.

Alright, now I knowI haven't been a member here long, but have lurked and know my way through forums, and now this has just got me riled up. Come on, your just lying so you can "disprove the other guy", you were just trying to ly, and since you were caught, decided to play along with it. Now maybe its just me, but I hate being lied to, and when people go around spreding false rumors, its gets other mad. So for the future, please don't act like a child trying to "trick" everyone, then give some stupid exuse Sorry for ranting there, but I just don't like rumor spreaders/liers. But anyway, back on topic, and as said before, does anyone know which ship the Home One set would come with, I mean the large ship, as I am not sure. Thanks.

I hope that is true, to an extent. But I want it to be more than 100, or its not gonna be good. I really did want a Palpy Arrest set, but I also did want Ackbar, and as long as they don't stick Han, Leia etc in there, then I'll be happy. This is a very special set after all, and if they screw it up, lots of people will be mad. But if someone could, could someone post a pick of the ship that would come in the Home One set, as I don't know what it would be. Thanks.

I agree with you Guhin, if LEGO was going to make an AT-TE gunner, why not just put it in with the AT-TE. I would much rather have had the gunner than Rotta. I swear, LEGO doesn't think things through very often, do they?

Wow, I think your right, I never thought of that. Well that awsome then, I'll finally have an accurate gunner for all my ships (since I'll use it as a gunner for more than just the AT-TE). And also, if you need more pilots, you could take the helmet and put it on an episode three clone pilot torso, it could pass as one. LEGO has really thought this through, haven't they

Buying the Falcon is a pretty big investment, and buying it for just the figs...ehhh But anyway, I'd go with the Cantina, it goes hand in hand. And also, you could just buy the Falcon figs serperatly on Ebay if you really want to.

Yes, the Assasin pack is 2 black droids, 3 sliver. And did anyone notice that Yoda doesn't have an "anime" style face. So I assume Yoda and Mace will be getting anime faces, I can't wait to see Yoda's. And is it just me, or does the Republic Transport remind you of popsicles with all those colors

Wow, just wow. These sets looks awsome, especially the clone pack. I will get atleast 7 clone packs and maybe 2-3 droid packs And one of all the other sets, except the Droid Bomber. I'll get it, but it needs alot more detail. And those new droids seem very interesting... Ya, you are right Markypops, like the 08 sets, there were many changes, I am sure Windu will get a better face. And the bomber will get more details.

Yes, as Darthperson said, we should keep an eye on Brickshelf. There is already one folder with some 09 sets, sadly not Star Wars. But I am sure that we may see some pics within the next few days or maybe hours. The pics in the folder just recently appeared, so we may be seeing more very soon *crosses fingers*

I have a concern with the Solar Sailor though. The ship is mainly just a cockpit, and a holding area for the huge sail. How is TLG going to make this sail fold into the ship completly, just like in the film. I'm alittle sceptic on this, and think it might not be true, and if it is, I have a feeling LEGO might end up doing this wrong

Well, if the Shuttle is the one pictured above, I'm definatly going to get it. I have always wanted that since I saw it in episode 3. Here is how it might go- Seperatist Shuttle 50-60$ Be about the size of the Imperial Shuttle we got a little while back. And the Republic shuttle will be the equiavent of this Will include either Grievous and 2 Magnaguards or Whorm Loathsome and two security droids and then will hopefully come with some new type of pilot. And maybe a destroyer droid.

Two things I have to say- Isn't the Mini Venator a preview set, so could be a preview for a big Venator. Also, I think we WILL get a large Venator, think about it. We got the Star Destroyer, then the Republic Cruiser, and now a Venator. And with the Clone Wars and the Venator being one of the most well known Clone transports, gives us a good change And other thing I don't think people know, is that the new Tie, is going to be gray and black, not Blue and Black, which is a huge improvment. And I think we will get a special fig with it as well, and a new design on the fighter. It is a 10 Aniversery set, so they will give us something good with it.

^^ This is AWSOME. Anyone know if this is completly true? Anyway, looks like we are going to be getting a Venator, that means so new figures, maybe the clone officers in gray that we saw in the film, and some pilots and such. A Solar Sailor, Thats going to be interesting how they pull this one off. ENDOR FTW Two new shuttles, seperatist and republic, but no droid packs? :( Oh well. Another Vader Tie, oh well. But should have some interesting figs. Maybe Shak Ti. ANd we are going to get the Y-Wing, which is nice. Assasin Droid and Vulture Bomber I don't know what they are, pics? And also, the Pirate Tank, anyone know what that is? And then there is one mystery set.... This is going to be awsome. EDIT- I just noticed that we are getting a clone pack, and a droid pack, thats seems like it will be very strange...But the Clone pack sounds awsome. It seems like it will come with a new AT-RT or some other walker, and then 4 clones, AWSOME. Now I will have sweet dreams

An Utapau playset could be plausible. It could have many different sections, similair to the Death Star, but obviously different. Though we would probally never get it.

Well, we can't really say no playsets. We may be getting the Palpatines Arrest sets. And we did get the Hoth Base, but that was really just a speeder, that came with the door. And I consider the Death Star a playset as well. But I know what you mean, I would love to get a small clone outpost with a gunner or something, like an Anti-Aircraft gun and a clone gunner or something. And an Endor Bunker would be AWSOME. But one thing I'v thought about, in 2011, when the Star Wars license is gone with LEGO, I think they will go out with a bang, and we'll be seeing some very awsome sets, but thats not for a while, so here's to 09

About the battle packs, what I could see LEGO doing is maybe putting in two or three normal phase 1 clones, and then something like a sergeant, with the olive green colors. So that way we would have tons of "specific" clones, just some sergeants, or maybe any rank, just no specific clone. Since during the time of the Phase 1 clones, there weren't any real types of clones, just a few ranks, unlike phase 2, then there aren't many posibillities as to what else could be in it, except a pilot, which would be great. But then again, LEGO isn't exactly known for making its clone movie accurate

Does anyone here have a picture of the clone shuttle, not in LEGO version, but just a normal pic of it, because I don't know what it is Is it like the stormtrooper transport we got a while back. Or can some one just tell me what it looks like, thanks :)
