  1. I really like your work, I will be making some of your furniture for my MOCS. GREAT JOB!!! Thanks
  2. I am also curious to see how this turns out. I think this will be my most challenging build I have ever tried, simply because of the lack of options for Gold bricks. I am going to increase the size to an extra large base plate (48x48). This will give me more freedom to do a few buildings.
  3. Love the Cannons and the water, Amazing. The Entire MOC is Awesome!!!
  4. Thats probably what I will do, unless anyone has a Fig in mind that they know will work.
  5. I am planning to build a MOC based on the cartoon "The Mysterious Cities of Gold" I am going to build a small section of the city (32x32 48x48 base plate). I am going to cover the plate in 1x1 pearl gold round plates (or 1x2 jumpers) and use the 1x2 pearl gold jumpers as bricks. (I have 1,000 of each (I have over 2,000 Jumpers)on its way from bricklink) Below are a few pics of the techniques I am thinking about using. Any suggestions on the build would be welcomed. I am also looking for suggestions on Minifigs of the main characters to use for my MOC. I think this is my favorite way to make the buildings. (corner view) Side view 1x2 jumpers stacked up straight 1x1's as the base and a different way to make the corner of the building Some of the Gold parts I will use on the MOC
  6. While I agree with you, I am happy that it is a cheap fix on briklink
  7. LOL, They must have killed his entire family to get all those bones. Very Good!
  8. I will put in a complaint.... Where do the long bones come from? A minifig that is the size of a Star wars or G.I.Joe Acion figure? Because that looks like the length of the Tibia (large lower leg bone)on an action figure. I know the sets are not "realistic" but rather fantasy made for children, it just bothers me somehow.
  9. I agree, like the pirate wanted sign and the two pics in the Market Village, I actually don't mind a sticker in the case of the paintings.....I would like to see more of them.
  10. Is this a new window piece? I really like it, I also like the new picture on the wall
  11. I really like the fact that we have two torso's that can be used as a red coat and a blue coat officer! Also it looks like one the female minifigs (the one in the dress) only has flesh hands and head (hopefully no neck line in flesh). Then you can use her as either flesh or yellow....depending on your Lego Racial preference
  12. Words cannot describe how much he will be missed. My deepest Sympathies to his family.
  13. My guess is it is the blue Admirals Torso from the 2009 Pirates Line
  14. That sums up my feelings. I just hope we see some new blue coats. If we do I hope they are in a smaller set like cannon battle, that would be great news for army builders! Since Lego had a 2009 Wave of Pirates and now a 2011 Wave of POTC, I wish they had done a 2nd wave of pirates in 2010. They could have released 4-6 smaller sets $6-$50 range (of course with blucoats). I understand that Lego probably did not want to invest any further in a redundant line but a few more smaller sets with some new figs would have been cool. I also hope that a lot of the figs torsos do not have the flesh color on them (I am guessing most pirates will), this will make it easier to use with the old pirates. I am more of an army builder so I will probably be ok in regards to flesh (if we get any soldiers). Can't wait to see some pics!
  15. THANKS!
  16. anyone know what set this female minifig is from? Thanks My link
  17. Great MOC! Blue Coats strike first!
  18. The MOC looks great, I really like how you used the Jester hat down the middle of the room. Let the Games Begin! Go Blue! Edit: "Who's your daddy" is VERY FUNNY!!!!

  20. Name: Dr.Steve Allegiance: Bluecoats
  21. Are you going to try to put people who register back with their teammates from last year? I think that would be fun.
  22. Welcome to Euro Bricks! Always great to have another Pirates Fan.....Especially a BLUE Coat Fan.....Its an ongoing feud around here.
  23. I think everyone did a great job, my vote goes to: MetroiD-33. Inn
  24. Thanks for the amazing review! Very detailed, great pics. I love he sword holder.
  25. Thanks for the feedback, I really like the dark brown color! I agree, I would have liked to have done more with the rehab, but with the small space I decided to go simple and just show the two rehabing I was hoping someone would notice that. Thanks Thanks! Glad you liked the guy wit the two hooks, If I had a bit more room I would have displayed the skeleton next to some skulls and limbs on a book case with more books. I think that would have been a better fit Thanks, The horrible thing is that the bucket of spare parts was inspired by something I saw In the dissection lab when I was in college.
