  1. Yeah, you're right about that, but those mentioned themes all releases more sets in a single wave, than this theme has released in it's entire lifespan. Not a fair comparison if you asked me.
  2. HE = Hogwarts Express
  3. For those interested in a size-comparison between the latest two Hogwarts Expresses, Brickset posted a photo: https://images.brickset.com/news/80275_Express 28.jpg
  4. They were seen multiple times in that scene, below is the first encounter: There were many references to the previous movies in the Room of Hidden Things, as they had many probs leftover to fill the space such as the Mirror of Erised, Giant Chess Pieces, a lot of chairs and tables from various classroom scenes.
  5. - Housebanner instead of books. Playsets that could open up somehow. 4 sets. - Room of requirement set around DH2 with fire. - Lake task GoF.
  6. The thumbnail now shows Harry in his DH2-battle costume with a elderwand-piece and a piece for ravenclaw diadeem + what above was set.
  7. The title says 'set', not 'sets', so I think there's just 1 DH set.
  8. And the title of there upcoming Youtube-vid says: 'Deathly Hallows set here we come'.
  9. That inconsistency isn't only on LEGO's part through. There were many differences in robes and sweaters between the movies too. For example the house-color in the robes wasn't there before Prisoner of Azkaban and the double clasps were used atleast in the first movie (maybe the second, can not find), but not in the third. Also the colored stripes near the neckline on his sweater is something from the firsts movies, but were absent from the later ones. The inconsistency on LEGO's part is that they do not use the right robes/sweaters for the right scene's the base a set off, but as this Percy comes in a book that's not the problem here. He should be just based of of one of the first two movies.
  10. For everyone in the Netherlands who wants the book with the Percy minifig, despite the 13th of september release-date, you can already order a copy on Amazon. I've ordered it last week and it got already delivered today.
  11. Yes. She has the glasses as a second face print.
  12. You mean like this?: (which has that second face, you mentioned)
  13. He IS a shade darker as Marcos has answered a question about that:
  14. Didn't know him, so searched the figure. Thanks. It even has Ron's hairstyle from Goblet of Fire.
  15. My most anticipated variants of existing characters are these 6 (half a CMF already): I don't think you can pull this off without 4 new molds. CMF is best way to do that I think.
  16. I've checked. They are not. I personally don't mind them through. You can put them in the train or with other Hogwarts sets. I like scene's to be as most movie-accurate as possible so I do not place them on the platform, as there were no people in Hogwarts robes.
  17. I've re watched every scene on Kings Cross station in the movies (1,2,3,5 and 7.2) and in none of them anybody, even Percy, is wearing robes of some sort. The smallest to any Hogwarts costume I could find were Gryffindor Quidditch sweaters in 7.2 as seen below:
  18. Marcos Bessa, designer of de new Hogwarts Express and former Design Lead has announced his set on Instagram and answered a question that was asked. For those who do not have instagram and want to know: So the new Design Lead of Harry Potter is Andrew Seenan, don't know if that we knew that already.
  19. Timelapse of the build of the train. Not many new things to see, but we get a little peak of what's inside the tender and the hallway of the carriage. The compartments have printed sliding doors.
  20. I don't know if you have read the books and are confused by that, because those scene's in the books happen on different days, but in the film they happen on the same day, that's why Harry's wearing the same clothes in both scenes.
  21. The conductor you guys talking about is the Muggle Station Guard, from the first and second movie. The conductor in this set is based around the conductor from the Hogwarts Express as seen in THIS scene from the fifth movie. Better quality photo for reference:
  22. I also thought that. Looks like the train doesn't stand on the rails but hangs above it, if you look closely to the front of the box. That way you can turn the wheels without moving the train from its position.
  23. I really like this set. The train is absolutely perfect, beyond every expectation. The platform is on the small side, but for what is there, instant recognizable and very detailed. I agree with most comments about the minifigs, who aren't very detailed: absence of legprinting, however the pics on the box are just renders. I'm glad the leaked Lupin, does come with his usual hairpiece.
  24. Thats part of the tender, for scale.
  25. Not a general release according to Brickset, which shows data between October 1st and October 4th. Mostly a VIP-early release mid September.
