On the subject of Toywiz prices, I used to be an admin for one of their forums a long time ago and basically learned (whether this is true or not, I dunno) why they jack up the prices on items. They raise the prices on both popular and/or hard to find items, especially hard to find items, because they know that if people really want them, they will pay those prices. Hence why the preorder page has the MSRP prices (majority of the time) but as soon as one of the items is sighted, they bump the prices sky high.

He's not mutated. That is simply how his tribe is, the same way the Air Matoran were extremely agile due to living in the trees. So, you could say they are primate-like in terms of movement, being able to stand on two legs but walking on all four? I haven't said either one, I don't know if Tarduk will be animated in the movie or not, and if so, how they will depict him. A bit about Tarduk that I asked a couple of days ago.

Nah, masks of power play a large role in 09. Anyway, incredibly bored right now, so may as well post my "reviews" of the 09 sets. Skrall: Like the body design, love the shield, hate the swords on the arms. 5/10 Gresh: Very cookie cutter, but makes cookie cutter look good. Love the use of the Nuparu and Gorast claws as armor. Love the bladed weapon. Love the "jungle" element, hopefully that means plantlife. My favorite. 9/10 Tarix: Color scheme is good(hence why I love Brutaka), weapons are awesomesauce, but the simple Inika shoulder armor on the chest makes it looks really empty. 4/10 Strakk: Finally, armor that looks representative of the figures element. Mask could do without the "mouth", but still looks good. New torso? Cool. Axe is cool. 7.5/10 Vorox: Tan, it hasn't been around since, when? Robo-riders? Love it. Mask and "tail" are awesome. Arm and leg armor look like they have a lot of potential. Hewkii blade? No. 7.5/10 Malum: Cool mask, weapons look very nice. Short and muscular design is meh. 6.5/10 "Matoran/Impulse": Kinda disappointing that they are just different colored Av-Matoran in terms of body, but the recolored parts are cool. Best new weapon is Metus's snowflake shield. Berix is best, Zesk is worst. Tuma: Awesome. That is all 9.5/10 Fero & Skirmix: Cool "Rahi" design, standard "Matoran". 7/10 Overall: Life counter concept is...interesting. Hands are neutral for me. Want all of them though. That is all.

Forgot about Icarax...and from what it looks like, the Pohatu clamps and Kalmah foot are gunmetal. Mazeka's body is dark grey. Simply put, he is Solek with a different mask.

I personally feel that while Mazeka's vehicle is awesome, we got shafted with his mask. I mean, everyone this year has a gotten a new mask(or atleast new shape) and then we get a Volitak? A fraggin' Volitak? Meh, I guess the set makes up for it, but still...

Not 100% sure myself, but looks more like Gunmetal than it does Silver, Grey, or Black.

I'm just going to go off on a sort of wild guess here...but im guessing that since Mazeka doesn't have any of the colors of an Onu-Matoran, and with the gunmetal Volitak, that maybe he is a Fe-Matoran?
