  1. The average adult has between 23-26 feet of small bowel :O
  2. The 99% of me absolutely loves this set but there is of course the 1% not. Like always, Lego can never please every AFOL and I weigh the positives with this set and my gripes, well I just need to pound sand. Because this set is a thing of beauty. My only requests would have been: -Railings for the stairs. This use to be done on many of the modulars but I've noticed it's been lacking the past year or so. -A wall and door for the bathroom. How can you sleep if the someone is in the bathroom? -A wall for the make shift dark room. -And of course, the sign above the garage door. It's hard to compromise because the interior shots were from a firehouse out in Los Angeles. I guess that's where I get to create and have fun making modifications to my liking.
  3. Great review. I feel like such a noob for asking this, but what is this source material that you are referring to?
  4. Actually the wings do open like a "V". Check out this screen grab from the second trailer:
  5. Any possibility of putting this version on lego factory or directions. I think it looks great and would love to get a copy of it with my joker truck. I think your tumbler is the best yet. Any other pics of this batpod??? -Mike
  6. Here are the pics I used as reference. To me from the pics it looks like a white grey or steel color. The hardest part was trying to find an orange color for the cab of the truck, not gonna happen. So I'm going to get the cab in white and have to paint it orange. I know its a bad thing to do but I want detail and I'm making a decal for the truck anyways. -Mike
  7. My bad. Here is a better pic on the link plus I updated a few things. Added a crate for the rockets in the trailer and did a few tweaks to the truck itself. Hopefully this pic is better. http://shop.lego.com/Product/Factory/Produ...51-fd25a6073e0c -Mike
  8. Please bear with me, this is my first time playing with lego factory but I think I have finished my joker truck. http://shop.lego.com/Product/Factory/Produ...bd-e402f8fa8189 Of course I couldn't find the orange color for the cab but I figured red would work. The only thing I would change that I couldn't with the software would be to add the cab doors and offset the seats by one stud and add a shifter lever. Well I guess tell me what you think. -Mike PS If anyone has a lego factory batpod I would greatly appreciate the link or if anyone could help me out with one. Thanks.
  9. I've been kinda stuck lately on it so I figured I'd let everyone else have a shot. I'm using the exact tires as from Wetworks Tumbler. I've been thinking if I replace the tires with the lego Tumbler and do a little work to the rear support I can make the thing pop out of it just like in the movie. I'm to the point that I'm stuck so if anyone wants to give it a shot be my guest. -Mike

    bat-pod

I'm going to apologize in advance since its my first time using lego designer but I've been working on a minifig scale batpod from the new movie. If I can figure out how to twist the click hinges and how to do the front cannons I think this thing has some potential. I wish there were more pieces to choose from since some of the ones I need aren't there like the piece to connect the back wheel, the hand grips, and the original piece I was going to use for the front cannons. Well I guess have at it but please be gentle. http://shop.lego.com/Product/Factory/Produ...b7-7cfd9cc23c66 -Mike
  11. Just wondering if anyone has come up with any items from TDK such as the batpod or joker's truck? I was thinking you could actually add one of those firing missles to the back pointed downward to help achieve that flip like in the trailer? Any ideas anyone???
