I am going to be very unhappy if this supposed Ninja Turtles line is going to be based on the new film coming out.. because what I have read about it seems just silly. Lone Ranger theme? I'd be thrilled with that, no matter what incarnation it was based on. :)

Great review! The interior of the hut is awesome, but that spider is pretty lame.. the only thing I like about it is the use of katanas for the legs. It's amazing how LEGO can make a brickbuilt spider like this then make one so awesome like the one in Shelob Attacks.

Thank you for the review, Masked Builder. Looking around the new $20 sets I was thinking about getting Shelob Attacks.. then I saw this beauty. Now I have to choose :)

The stuff you get seems great for that price of $30, but the set itself did not strike me as well as the other Super Heroes sets have. I think it's the car - it looks nothing like something Doc Ock would drive, Ultimate Spiderman or not. I think if they exchanged that out for another, smaller part of the lab I would have got this set.

"Speedorz" brings "Slizer" to mind, for me. Not sure why at any rate, Legends of Chima sounds pretty cool.

I think Mara Jade would be an awesome LEGO fig to have. It would be easy enough to put her in some random EU ship along with Luke. ALSO! Grand Admiral Thrawn!

As a proud owner of Fort Legoredo and Rapid River Village, Old West is one of my most favorite themes ever. There might be sparkling vampires and a billion teenage pop stars these days that a kid or teenager would rather pay attention to, but come on.. who does not love a good showdown at high noon? I know I'd be all over a remake of that line.
