  1. Good luck and have fun...it's amazing and fun to do (how ridiculous that sounds to none AFOL's :-))
  2. FYI I just recently bricklinked another one (my fifth) and it cost me around 1100 euro (with all original Lightbley levers, dish, boathmast riggings, stickers, minifigs..and ofcourse all the right parts). But it is getting very difficult finding parts cause there are more and more parts getting discontinued by Lego :-(
  3. Hey guys, I'm new to this site but I love this thread (just found it with google) I am in the middle of collecting my third and fourth Falcon. The first one was the most expensive one (750 Euro) cause I also had to get used to Bricklink and the Legoshop. The second one was cheaper (650 Euro, 700 with instructions) I Have 2400 pieces now including the LBG boath rigging things, dish and 20 LBG levers for the third one And dono how much for the fourth yet but the LBG rigging things and dish I have As for that bricklinking a 10143. I also did that and it cost me about 450 Euro. There are no realy hard to find parts but the shear quantity of some is difficult. And FYI, the "Tan Hinge Brick 1 x 2 Base" doesn't come in that color anymore, so use white ones (that's the color Lego shipped me)
