I just love the way you pose your HF heroes and villains! Your Evo photo is cool,I would imagine him being laughing at you,like if you are a villain and just been defeated by him,and now with a grin he's running away. The XT4 pose is very nice,showing off all weapons that the heroes need to be afraid of! epic! I don't know about the Rocka pose,this pose has some kind of greatness,but I don't know on what aspect. Great work. As for your other poses,every pose looks amazing,very cool,and I shall say ; Continue your great and awesome work!!!

Hey there and welcome to this topic of my 3rd MOC Ignotus. If you remember my MOC DOR-1,I tried to make a body with Technic pieces only. Well,I tried to do this again,but I got a new idea,"what if I could make a MOC with 4 legs?" So,the body is an Hero Factory body,but the main belowbody-build is made from bionicle/technic pieces,the legs are made from Hero Factory legs. 'Ignotus was a ruler of a little village. He was great,but then,sudden,the villagers didn't trust him anymore.Since Ignotus didn't knew better,he fled away. He got his best weapons,and his friend DOR-1 made some modifications,turning his left hand in a shield of fire. But the shield could also be used as an weapon. Thus,Ignotus fled away,and who knows if we could see him again...' Here he is in all of his glory! As you can see,he holds his Fire Shield in his right hand and his Fire Wand in his other hand. His fire shield can rotate so fast that every blade/objectile can be shred apart,tossed away or dissapear within the flames. I know the light colored red doesn't fit well with the dark red/bordeaux,but I didn't knew another solution since I wanted the arms to be made of Bionicle pieces. A close-up of his Fire Staff. The staff itself can rotate. He can use this staff as a sword,but also shoot flames from it. A close-up of his shield. Building it isn't that hard. Here's a close-up of the lower-body/leg build. As you can see,I used many axle pins and many old hand pieces for this.The HF legs itself are connected to the old hands thanks to the middle ball-joint. Ofcourse,this means the legs can't be posed good,you can pose the feet,but the legs are impossible to pose. Ofcourse,you can make the legs a bit higher/lower. a side-view.Sorry for the blurry pics. I don't have a HQ-camera... If you're wondering if the main body balances well,thanks to the back armour and some HF bones I placed the body doesn't shake. Back-view of Ignotus. As I said about the feet and legs,they don't pose well,but the arms do pose very good,actually,you can make some nice and surprising poses indeed! Anyways,thank you for reading this! It probably resembles Nuhvok since Nuhvok also has this neon-yellow eye-things or whatever it is Nuhvok also has black as it's main colour,so yeah.. Thank you! So,yeah,according to a website ( I don't think if I can use links from other sites than brickshelf and flickr.. ) the new themes are going to be called Rampant Oceans and Empire of Frost. They don't have any information about Empire of Frost,but they do have alot information about Rampant Oceans : There are no new heroes,and the heroes who are in the theme are : Furno,Stormer,Rocka,Breez and Surge. The villians names are : Electro, Flatray, Crushclaw, Calamari and Tidal warrior. I'm sorry if anyone already knew that and was hoping for some new info.. But here's the info xD

Yes,as I said,the main body is made of Technic parts,and I didn't know another way other than this I'm sorry for that.So I tried to 'bulk' him up by adding the shoulder armour on one hand,and his plasma laser shooter. Also,I tried to make the shoulders far from the main body,just to make him bulkier,but I know that there are alot of hollow gaps,but that's because it's made from the Technic pieces. ( Sorry for the long comment ) I also wanted to try something new,so instead of an already made torso,or 2/3/4 pieces that you need to combine to have a torso,I tried to make a whole new torso all by myself. This was my first time I actually tried to do this...

Welcome eveyone to my 2nd MOC : DTR-1! At first,sorry for the blurry pics,I don't have a High Quality camera...yet. DOR-1,or his full name, Device Of Rampages-1 is a bionicle created by Makuta Teridax. It was supposed to be his slave,but soon,DOR-1 took his own control,he ran away of Makuta Teridax,and started his own secret lab. If he wins in a fight,he captures the creature and tries experiments on it... He also 'mutated' his own right hand to be a Plasma Laser shooter with a lens scope. It isn't the biggest enemy,but he is really dangerous and can be a big treat. If you feel like losing,you should run away because else he will and shall capture you for his own experiments... So,with the story said,here are the images : This is DOR-1,his original name was DTR-1,but I changed it. His comes from the word doctor,since he calls him a doctor. Here he is,in his full size,he is very small... Here's a close-up of his Plasma Laser shooter with the lens scope. I know some of you might think he looks like he's sitting constantly,so here's the reason. His main body is build with Technic piedes,so I had to do this with the legs.. So,here are some poses/comparings : DOR-1 ready to shoot his cannon Mission Completed. Size comparion,DOC-1 and Phyrotrax DOC-1 is running away! Feel free to give me any tips/critique/own opionions. Yeah,you're right,but that's because his blade is double handed,so whenever he holds his blade in front of him,it covers his face... But thanks for commenting and thank you!

Hi there everyone! Today,I made my first MOC in years... Here he is : This is Phyrotrax,the name was just a random thing whenever I thought about Sidorak. He is a powerful enemy,who can put up a though fight whenever he will. His weapons are a double handed great sword and a stinger. He stands on 2 'claw' feet. But he also has 2 'Stinger' weapons on his back just for his balance,he can use these as weapons,or as balance. This is his front view... And here is his back view... Here's a little back view to show you how I made the stinger connection. It uses a black connector,connected with his body and a past version of the hand piece. It then will go up with Hero Factory Bones. Here's a close-up view of his double sword. I also used a Black axle connector in his hands. And then just the top part,and the below connector part. Here's a close-up of his head part. Just to let you see it. And that marks up my MOC,I hope you liked him,and if you have any tips or any critique,feel free to give it! Here's a posed picture : Also,just to let you know,this set was made of : 7137 Piraka,2067 Evo 2.0,2065 Furno 2.0,8972 Atakus and some parts I found in a box. EDIT : I know I should have used armour,but I don't have any Black armor ( never buyed a black HF hero set... ) so I couldn't make him bulkier... Another Edit : I managed to get some black armour thanks to Black Phantom,I actually forgot he has Black Armour So,here's a Posed Phyrotrax with armour. This was just something random xD So you can see how the face looks like from underneath... A close-up on the Stinger armour.. And here we have a little close-up in the middle section. I noticed that I didn't include a close-up of the Stinger,so here it is! Phyrotrax is ready to slash someone! And boom! His sword slash makes it to the ground with a devastating sound! Nevermind , I couldn't choose which picture ws better,so I decided to put both in. I also made a stopmotion video to show you that Phyrotrax can stand while 'slashing'... Hey there everyone,and welcome to my first review. Today,I will be reviewing Kopaka Nuva,the Toa Nuva of Ice. Sorry for the not so good quality pictures... Set : 8571 Kopaka Nuva Pieces : 43 Price : $7.99/£4.99 Kopaka ( Sorry,but since it's an old set,I threw away the canister and booklet,so I got some images from the internet,if that's okay... ) The canister Canister The canister shows Kopaka in a pretty cool pose,ready to get bought! On the backside you get the usual things... But,we want to see what's inside,or not? So here are the things IN the canister : The Instruction Booklet booklet The booklet image shows Kopaka in an even cooler pose! Skating with his ice skates in the snow. But,why don't we get to the best of the set,the actual Bionicle! The pieces Pieces Wait,1...2....36 pieces?! Yes,I'm sorry,but I actually didn't notice there were some pieces missing,but ofcourse,it's good we have spares so we could complete the whole set without a problem... Note : even though Kopaka's main color is white,there are only 5 white pieces in the whole set. But let's continue : Interesting pieces Here are the pieces that immediately got my attention : shield Kopaka Nuva's shield truly is cool. It's actually pretty big for the set itself,but that makes it so cool! I just love the shield Mask The mask itself,what is Kopaka without his mask? It looks pretty cool,thanks to the lens scope! Inner side mask Here's the inner sid of the mask,you can clearly see the thing that connects this mask to the head. Ofcourse,it's less detailed,but yeah... Ice blades Kopaka's ice blades. I love the form! It's also pretty nice that Kopaka is the only Toa Nuva that gets 2 blades on 1 hand,due to the shield. nuva armor The 'Nuva armor' , or how it's called... I love the silver color of it! The build Now to the main part,the build isn't that hard,it's actually quite easy : build part 1 First we add the head and the 'middle' section. build part 2 Then we add the legs build part 3 Then we add arms build part 4 And then the mask and weapons...and..voila! Kopaka is ready to pose! But first,let's see how he looks from all the angles : Rotation 1 Rotation 2 Rotation 3 Pretty good huh?His back is open,but still,I like it! Playability So,how does he pose? He poses pretty good,but ofcourse,there are some cons,like : Leg problem Because of the old connection system,you can't bend the legs forward,thus you can't be able to make Kopaka running... Also,because of the big mask,it's hard to 'turn' the head ( you know,turn it into another direction,because of the axle pin,you can turn the head in 4 direction. ). It is possible,but still very hard... Ice skates But what IS nice,is the function to actually put the weapons on the shoes,to make him ice skating. So,that wraps up my review... Here is a Bonus image,I tried to make the pose on the instruction booklet : Bonus Image If you would like to see ALL the images,or just want to see them again,here's the link : Kopaka gallery So,here's my conclusion : If you love white,this is a really good set,you can pose him as you want,except for a litte details that get fixed in the later sets...
