It's beautiful, but, as stated before, the back needs to be refurnished. If you are willing to add a larger back area, I suggest putting a wooden deck surrounded by trees like these and maybe a walkway like this or this. These are just ideas, so use them as you will.

Great work man!

Wow, she looks great! I'm surprised to say that you have added too many guns! (20 as opposed to the real Pearl's 18) Is the top deck removable for easy access to the gun deck?
-
Hmm, poor ship, she never saw action. Hopefully you can salvage the wreckage.
-
It might be messy, but I like the brick built hull. It's small but packed with lots of rigging and some nice details. Does she have a name?
-
It looks great! However, in the last picture, I see a gap between the sides and the bottom of the hull. I'd just use a bunch of black cheese wedge bricks to fill it in.

As stated before ships have many curves. This means that if you don't own the right pieces (Jumper plates, hinges, etc.), then you can't make the best of ships. As for castles, all you need is a bunch of 2x4 bricks and voila! you have a castle.

It's very nice, but I do have a two problems: I can see the gap between the prefab hull and the upper-bow. You could use tiles to fill it in. You could also use brown window frames on the very back of the cabin. I do, however, thinks it's a very nice ship, and I like the use of hands on the bow.

MERCHANT!!! No pirating here, just selling! And just look at those pirates faces when they realize that WE HAVE CANNONS TOO!!! "Your avatar is golem from LotR. I don't get it" -Big Cam I believe he is referring to Golem's tendency to actually cut throats.

I suppose you could paint the chest or do some decals, but I'm not at all good at that...

What date (time period) do you set your pirates in?

During the early 1700's, during Bart Roberts' time, since he was my favorite pirate, and I couldn't have a crew without a Bart... -
I would have liked Norrington's torso (here, just scroll down) from The Mill to be fully clothed, because it would look great for a pirate (Maybe Bart Roberts or someone who was more "Proper").
-
I like both. I like the POTC theme because it has some nice, detailed ships, and because of the great minifigs. Seriously, who doesn't love the Privateer Barbossa torso and legs (with either flesh or yellow head)?
-
I bow to thee, oh master shipbuilder! I love all of your ships, and this one is no different. The color scheme is great and the nice leaning-in sides look very nice (something that I have trouble with). By the way, your brickshelf gallery is not yet public, so no one can see it.

I have: The Imperial Flagship (the new version) Le Black Pearl Queen Anne's Revenge My merchant vessel, The Dwarf And my flagship, captained by Admiral his honourable Sir Conan O'Brien, The Stallion

I was thinking of an idea sort of like what Lego did with the new castle/kingdoms theme: Have both sides as armies from opposing nations, but have one seemingly protecting it's land, while the other has mean-looking minifigs, who pillage villages and farms and capture maidens. The "evil" side could possibly have a darker color (like dark blue or dark red) or a "evil" flag (with things like crossed swords or flames or something "evil"). However, it might be hard to do such a theme so tightly linked to the pirate theme. I mean, both themes would have similar soldiers, similar weapons, etc. In addition, the evil side would need evil aspects, like stated before, which could create historical inaccuracy (even more than it would normally have). Since the idea will probably never happen, we could always hope for a new pirates theme with blue-coats.

The Eurobricks Collaborative Pirate build at Brickworld Chicago

I love all of the variations on the Imperial Flagships. The one with the red bricks instead of blue looks great (even though it is a lot longer). My favorite is the ancient Mayan/Aztec/Olmec temple with the alien, but it's probably just because I'm an ancient astronaut theorist :) -
What is the piece used as the Lord of the Flies head thing? And is that shell in Ralph's hand the head piece for the fish-man in the POTC set "The Mill"?
-
This island would be great for a pirate battle! I love the jungle, especially the use of the green bush on the tree. I haven't read the book, but I was inspired to by this build. Great job!

I love your fleet! My personal favorites are the Medee and the Sirene. I love the color schemes on both of them. One question: What is that ship in the background of those last pictures that you posted?(It's dark red with a white hull)
