Interests
Sorry guys but, my sons got me interested in Bionicle/technic, we have system too but not in abundance. I love tropical fish ( fresh water and marine) and building custom systems for same. I'm a retired fireman. I reside in the United States in the state of California, very near Los Angeles in the city of Long Beach.

It stands for In the Bricks....a rather exclusive site for special moc builders. I love it, its so UNpolitically correct. Senior members like Jinzo are quite free to express themselves, really wonderful !! bfs Oh, MOD is a veteran bionicle site that at one time provided a reasonable alternative to BZP, it should always be held with respect.

Holy Cow ! This is an ancient topic. I'm fairly inactive now, too much to do w/ the kids and just ....age... By the way, Hi Jinzo. bfs

I've only been a true Ferrari fan since M. Schumacher began to drive for them in '96, but I've continued the romance and appreciate their continued success. BMW has joined the ranks of the top teams, great work, I pray that they continue so. How about Renault's showing in Spain !! They really showed incredible improvement, I guess it shows what a great development pilot Fernando is ( McLaren blew it in not giving him true #1 status ). I truly dislike the freezing of engine developement as well as the common ignition systems. I know that Formula One is expensive but F! risks being turned into a spec series as virtually every series in the State are ( w/ the exception of the American Lemans Series ) and that may spell F!'s doom. bfs (the babbler)

Purple, and I believe that TLC is loosing sales by not having it. bfs

I've been unable to post anything w/ my old aol desk top on eurobricks for over a year ! Some glitch on the new site prevented me from posting. I just got a new aol desk top and....HOORAY ! I can post now. I've only built one moc in a long time, here it is. bfs *yoda*

Well, I must say that I love Transformer moc and this is nice. I love the splash of purples, there is never enough purple as far as I'm concerned. Nice tranformation too, I'm incapable of building anything that transforms myself. bfs

They are made out of a soft/flexible silicone rubber, thet are a LEGO product and would probably be a fine addition to an Aquaraiders sets ! bfs :-)

Some nice MODs with the 7780 The Batboat: Hunt for Killer Croc

I like the new Batman sets very much and your mods are fantastic. Wow, you present and photograph your work so professionally. bfs -
HAPPY SUMMER ! glyman- Thanks, everyone has the right to an opinion especially in forum like this where people post thier models for comment :-) . The knees bend about 20 degrees but spring back straight away due to the Lego shock absorbers and 9mm (with 3mm tubing inside) tubing forcing it straight (I went a little overboaord for strength). The elbow discs w/ cones are my feeble attempt @ elbow armor, looks weird, but at least its PURPLE :-D captaintau- Yes ! legendary *vader* Darth Varder *vader* helmets as shoulder armor >:-) oo7- I believe you are soooo correct, the *vader* Darth Vader *vader* helmets look much better on the shoulders than the knees ( as on The Man Chu, but hey, at least Man Chu stood in @ 76 cm. !) :-) bfs

This was my first attempt at a "giant" moc. He stands over 60cm tall and I learned a great deal about making a moc of this size, stand. I hope you'll enjoy *vader* DARK LORD *vader* X bfs

I hope all my fellow EBers are enjoying the summer time ! I'm posting ATOMIC CHICKEN, a moc I felt uncomfortable with while building it, but continued nonetheless. Lots of tranparent blue Bionicle masks used here and.....really weird feet *wacko* X bfs

Great work, as a past MK fan myself, I can really appreciate this. Your creativity and attention to detail are appreciated, a warm smile has been brought to my labored brow *sweet* . bfs

What do you think that the Toa Inika's backs will look like?
bigfatslob replied to Kahgarak's topic in LEGO Action Figures
I believe I'v solved the empty back problem w/ the Igniters ! Use Knights Kingdom capes on the Toa. Light gray, dark gray, and blue capes are available AND if your handy w/ a needle and thread (or scissors *wacko* hey, Eric !) the technic Darth Vader cape in black can be used. Capes are rather dashing, Don't you think ????? 8- -
Well, more uses for Galidor wings: NIGHT WING brickshelf bfs *vader*
