Congratulations you guys!

I also wish that Lego would have made more POTC sets. Especially from the first three movies. Most of the sets were from the 4th, and none were from the 3rd. For example, a singapore set would have been really cool, or maybe one of Sao Feng's ships. A tortuga set would have been nice also.

This is a difficult subject. All of you have good points. I think I like the QAR better, though. I like the colors better, the dark red with black and dark brown looks very nice. Also the sail plan is nicer. I'm not basing any of this on historical accuracy because I'm not a complete expert on ships like many of the other members here.

Interesting technique. The only problem I see, which is just a personal preference, is that it looks sort of rough. Also, it might by hard to make a bow and stern with this technique.

I have the london escape, the captain's cabin, isla de muerta, the mill, and the black pearl. I want to get all the potc sets.

I hope that Lego makes more Potc sets. Not only have they sold well, but they are nice sets with many interesting pieces and minifigs.

Even though it's unlikely, I hope they make a Flying Dutchman set.
