The jail cells could be a bit smaller.They're not supposed to be even a bit comfy.You should add some rats for detail too.Other than that,it's great! :o

I've got an idea for the blue sparklyish parts on the wings. See this sticker sheet? http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.as...asp?P=7467stk01 It's from this set- http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.as......asp?S=7467-1 Cut the stickers into diamond shapes,and draw the design on them with a black Sharpie. Then stick it onto a couple pieces,or you could secure it to a flag of matching color like the set. It would look great if you ask me. :)
