I was wondering what you guys were preparing for great MOCs to astound us :-P Its always fun to discuss projects before releasing pics hehe ;-) I am currently on a Technic MOC !! NO kidding :-D I am doing a pimped version of the street bike !! Unfortunatly, I will need to order some parts on BL :-| Then, when the Mars Mission sets come out, I am planning to redo my Team Odysseus project using those awsome orange parts ;-) Since that project came from my beloved TV series Ulysse 31 (at least in French), I shall do a modular vehicle 8-

wow, thats kind of harsh on the Cantina :-P The building itself is more than crappy but there is a sandie and a great looking speeder !! On the other hand, Jabba's palace was really created in a rush !! The building is pure crap :-X The only interest is lying solely in MFs (which are not even that exciting !!) Both sets really piss me off when you see that TLC did one of the best sets with the Sail Barge *wub* I think that we can expect some more Mos Eisley sets in the future ;-) I wouldn't mind also some Cloud City redesigns (Lobot in peachie, new pimped Cloud Car and other goodies !!). However, those are after Hoth and Endor in my priority list :-D *yoda*

Guys and gals, In the other thread I wrote that I totally dislike that hovercraft and that it was definitly not a must buy ! However, to please our dear Mayor (yes Hobbes, tks for making me work tonight loool :-P ), here is a little review for EB !! For starters, find the front and back of the instruction manual and the DSS !! (Dreaded Sticker Sheet). I did not put the stickers on because I will not keep that set as is !! I will tear it apart to build something way better looool. The only sticker I used was the computer screen that is not interesting at all(hence the lack of pic) !! I will pursue this review with the 3 Mfs : too bad only the chief has the silver helmet !! Wow I did not know that Spielberg had a fantasy of becoming a fireman lool. Also, here are some general pics of that hovercraft. BTW, I did some pretty cool angles to compensate for the crappiness of the actual set loool So be warned that the pics look better than the real set !! This set has some really nice and cool points (pfewww !) such as the front dual water gun and the great looking cockpit (that I will keep intact for my future MOC). The trap door reveals all the equipment (that is the remaining one). I know that the good points are not that much compared to the following crap points loool. I already discussed them in the other thread but here they are again (just for the fun of it hehe). Let the crappiness begin !! Crap point n

Yes but on the UCS Batmobile, it has a sense !! On that hovercrap oops hovercraft I meant ( :-D ), its the tiny turb Engine that rotates *wacko* That engine has an airhole to cool the engine, but: * on the hovercraft the complete engines are on the rear * that thing doesn't cool anything, and can't anyhow since its rotating *wacko* I can take a few pics if you like ;-) Its really not a must buy set at all !! *yoda*

I was bored the other day and bought this set and I can really tell you its a real CRAP set >:-( Building it and looking at it just makes me want to :-X Here what I truly dislike about this set: * the one part hard plastic "hull" :-X :-X * the fact thats is on wheels: this makes the set higher and it doesn't move properly !! Its a real catastrophy !! * TLC included another crap mechanism: when the wheels turn (when they do) it turns the engine part (how darn stupid !!) * the design is really not that great, and those side "water guns" look horrible I am so thinking of dismantling this CRAP set and build a smaller fire boat (its another project I have in mind !!) ;-) When that MOC is done, I shall post it here ;-) Fire On !! *yoda*

I just remembered a funny story I want to share with you. The other day I tried to explain to my parents the whining of the AFOL community regarding the annoying yet everlasting old vs. new grey rant. My dad really did not understand the importance of the difference of those grays (which is really weird since he is so picking regarding colors of cloths and paintings, among other things). According to him, a grey brick is a grey brick even if it is more yellow than blue (if you catch my drift). I finally ended the discussion which was really going nowhere. That discussion really shifted gear and took a brand new angle after my parents had their bathroom redone. I told my dad that he now totally comprehends that AFOL rant !! Off course he laughed and acknowledged it !! What happened you wonder, here it is: the bathroom has always been grey. The seat and washbowl were bluish grey like the fabric on the wall !! However, my dad picked a new fabric that has a lot of yellow without thinking about the seat and washbowl looooooool. Trust me when I say that both grays in such a small room is ugly !! Loool, feast your eyes on that grayish hell !! Enjoy X-D ;-) *yoda*

My SW friends, I was watching the Oz finale the other night when I heard a really bizarre thing. The strange noise was coming from my SW UCS shrine. I looked up and saw my AT-ST starting to act really weird and crazy. He was trembling and screaming as if he was in extreme agony. I told him to shut up but he kept screaming.
