    Indiaman

There is only so much one can do with the red hulls. I am considering giving them a shot of white paint on the outside. Lego is obviously not concerned with historical accuracy so I don't concern myself too much with that other than generally with ship types and parts such as it is. I haven't decided which country's fleet I think it should joint but I am leaning towards English.

    Indiaman

[pid][/pid] 140D I've been seeing a lot of Indiamen lately. I thought I would give my version some public light. All those pirates need something to raid.
  14. I'm pretty thoroughly jealous right now. What a wonderful fleet. I feel like these came straight out of a history book. How do you construct your ratlines? Also, Do you use just the bottom most part of of the hull section or the bottom and one riser section? Any Plans for a double decker or triple decker?
  15. Yeah. Photo Shop and Mailing Labels. Cheap and Easy. You could probably use Microsoft Paint as well. Ill probably post some of my other units in another battle as well as the sticker templates

  22. I started using Google Sketchup for architectural models in college. It's pretty much best 3D modeling software available when you consider the "ease of use to ability to create ratio" which I just invented. It's hard to get good renderings without plugins. I also like it because you can add sails and rigging. Plus if you can't find exactly the piece you want you can model it. Or have someone model it for you.
  23. This isn't LDD is it? Google Sketchup actually.
