  1. I found a link to EB at the bottom of the LEGO page in Wikipedia.
  2. Here's my reply. Very technical entry requirement!
  3. First submission; All in unison: WARDROBE!?!? Second submission; {voice over}: the first screen test for Indiana Jones didn't go so well! Third Submission; Jones Snr: "What do you mean 'nasty bikini line' hey?" JB
  4. Thanks Metallandi, great reviews. For me the Truck and Boat (7726) are the best, the return of the mighty car door!! I really like this theme, the colours work really well for me. some great pieces in there to. JB
  5. Lego or Legos, does it matter how we refer to it or what we call it? We all love it and spend copious amounts of cash on it! Personally for me it has always been Lego! But I don't hate the use of Legos. JB
  6. I have to say I agree. here is only so many versions of the same figure you can have! Indy variants ON!
  7. Here's my idea, maybe it has been suggested before, but i couldn't find it. Classic Space contest. With three categories: *Small - to build those classic little craft we all love *Medium - for the classic space vehicles *Large - Classic style space stations. Large trans yellow plates on!! JB
  8. Thanks Deinonychus for another great review. I must say I do look forward to people uploading reviews of new sets, it really helps me decide if I want it or not. If it's a good set (IMO) then it adds to the excitement of picking up one myself! This, I must say, is one of those sets! The only concern for me, like alot of others, is the price. I will just have to wait and see and continue to look at these photo's Deinonychus has provided for us!! So much for thinking the Agent line was going to be weak! I wonder if the ExoForce style code brick number plate is a hint from TLC as to what will replace ExoForce at the end of this year? JB
  9. thanks for the great review Deinonychus. The truck and trailer are a little "meh " IMO. I must say it's all about the jet for me, looks great made as LEGO intended, but so MODable at the same time! I'll get this set just for the Jet. The additional orange and balck parts are a nice bonus!! JB
  10. I must say a very nicely completed Vig!! I did not know what to expect when I clicked on the link, but it was well worth it!! Well done! JB
  11. As a kid I used to MOC 8 wide cars, vans and trucks, not because big is better but so minifigs could sit side by side but that was to wide. however, 4 wide cars for me were just impracticable IMO. So you can imagine my joy when TLC release the six wide windscreens !! So to make a short answer long, 6 wide cars all the way. A six wide car will still fit in to the old garage and also under a roller/panel lift door! 6 wide cars on!
  12. i have never seen the 3x3 double convex in old dark gray or dark blay. Only in black, in fact I think i have 1 or 2 still. I understand you frustration and am sorry to hear of you incorrect orders. good luck.
  13. My only criticism was the big blury pictures, but that is fixed now!. This is a great interpretation of a TFU scene 15 minutes you say? Time well spent for saving Vader's Apprentice (A scout trooper for that matter) from a fate worse than the bin (your siblings hands!!)
  14. No Problem! I agree psychic powers work better with sleep MacK inspired I Scream Clone who has inspired me. I'm going to have a go at this! Thanks again for posting a great MOC I Scream Clone. SNOT on...
  15. I Scream Clone, that's a very nice SNOT MOC! I too am interested in your inspiration!! Oh so Close SNOT = STUDS NOT ON TOP! JB
  16. hehe same age same order - I play, MOC and display!! it's hard enough growing old let alone growing up! I tried growing up once, it didn't work for me, I missed out on some awesome sets JB
  17. thank you whung great pictures. This set looks great, but it's not for me. I prefer minifig scale! I must say, for some reason, GG's face reminds me of the new space skull set *wacko* *blush* I will leave this set on the shelf for a true GG fan!
  18. Wow what a plane *cry_happy* though i to would be disapointed if the windows are stickers *cry_sad* Thanks whung, again you have come up with the goods *sweet* 45 minitues away?!? even sleepy little old adelaide has 3 TRUs! although I would really like this set the price could be the deciding factor! random win falls of cash ON!
  19. No problem *sweet* Thanks. Again a very good custom figure!
  20. That is a great custom very clever!!! I *wub* the helmet - what is it from? have a look at Stikfas

  23. Thank you Tarfull for this review. *y* *y* I realy like this set. *wub* I to would love to collect this theme, but also fear the AU$ conversion. I have so many sets I want to get right now. Looks like they will have to wait :-D :'-( As I will be adding Speed Racer to this list. Depending on price!!
  24. I have just posted my entry *sweet* . Hope you like it! I had a lot of fun building it! X-D The creativity of the entries so far is awesome *wub* X-D so many ideas already. Fantastic contest! *y* *y* JB.
  25. V-LV-20F So here is my entry. The RatAttack! It's a heavily modified 1931 Chrysler station wagon. *wub* It has had the front and rear guards removed, the bonnet done away with, the roof hight chopped, the car lowered so low that the rear seat had to be removed to make way for the fuel tank. custom grill, set back head lights, rear doors welded, stripped interior, high set rear view mirrors, super skinny front wheels (it's a drag racer after all). A big mopar V8, with the exhaust straight out of the manifold! (not enough room underneath ;-) ). On to the features... Suicide doors, the BIG engine! Over sized rear tires help put the power down when racing. X-D The roof tilts open to reveal the stripped interior and the petrol tank. *y* The modified tail lights, the only angle fellow racers get to see. ;-) This is the Ratwagon, hope you like it, all comments welcome.
