Quest for the water crystal - The isle with no name

Wow, great build! -
Very cool build, Ecclestias. The trees are beautiful and the guardian too, of course. The pictures are splendid. Compliments to you!

Hi there Blaze, your view on the search is original and I like the builds, particularly the mine is well-captured, I think. Looking forward to more of your work.

Cool build. The river is my favourite part, it captures nature well. Keep up the good work.

Mitgardia Guild: Homepage, Sign-up and Discussion

Hi there all! Blaze, thanks for posting the WIP. It looks very impressive. I very much like the tree at the tavern. Oo, and I like ice gods too. Looking forward to the completed build. I also want you guys to know that I'm just too busy to be more active here. I noticed in the daily update that you discussed the sleepiness of the guild lately and I regret to say I just don't have time to do as much as I want. I will definitely be back when I have some more time on my hands (for example the upcoming May break). In the meantime, just know that I am still following from a distance. I also filled out the survey. -
- I am a currently non-active builder from Mitgardia. - I started thinking about Lego again due to GoH and I really like everything going on here. My compliments to you guys and to all builders and participants for keeping this project so interesting and pleasant. The addition of the Wiki site and the continued amount of mini-challenges in Mitgardia really add to the world you've created and I very much like it. - Improvements: I would join some of the others in saying that transparency in buildings scores would be appreciated. The suggestion of having a place where all points are stored seems an interesting idea, since it will also make people focus on the good builds and revisit high score MOCs even more for inspiration. The only other thing you could try and do is make sure I have more time to spend here. I'm just too busy to build and post!

Great work! I like many of the details (as everyone does), including the ships, catapults, temple, gates/walls, the falgs and the citadel. I'm impressed.

Dear Kaliphins, Just a quick message to let you know I thoroughly enjoyed your story contest. I hope this is the right place to say thanks. Some really cool builds too. Christoph's Myth of Erezhi was my favourite. Don't ever say stoic, sturdy Mitgardians cannot be touched by beautiful stories. By the way, I also recognise the discussion about time and commenting. I wish I had more time! May the strength of the sky inspire you. -
Congratulations on winning in your department! I would say you earned it. Beautiful MOC.

Congratulations on winning the contest. You make us Mitgardians proud. Hail Jarl, and may your strength never waver.

Mitgardia Guild: Homepage, Sign-up and Discussion

Great idea. I'll add what I can later. Would an interactive map be an interesting feature there? Possibly linking to MOCs and wikis? -

Woo, interesting. I always love elemental stuff. And you guys even attributed my favourite element to Mitgardia. I guess my previous statement about interactive maps is going to be out of the picture, now that this story is out... -
Good luck!

Isn't it because everyone around here loves trees? That could definitely be it, but it's not really going to change, is it? They couldn't really ask the MOC experts to produce less intimidating builds. -

While we all await DC much anticipated update... Did any of my fellows guildsmen get any of the talk about interactive maps in the other guilds? They are working on it in Kaliphin (SkaForHire come up with the idea) and someone has made an interactive map of Albion. I, for one, would really like our beautiful continent's map to show the builds around the region, or link to them (or both). Do we have anyone capable of doing something like that in our midst? May Nature be your ally. -
Guilds of Historica Introduction/General Discussion Thread
Flint replied to I Scream Clone's topic in Guilds of Historica
All I can say (as a foreigner from the Mitgardian mountain ranges) is that they are discussing opening the guild again, perhaps combined with a clean-up of inactive members. Check their guild topic to see what I mean. And on a sidenote, I also wanted to join Avalonia in the first place, but now I think Mitgardia is way cooler. Just saying. -
From what I've seen so far (and that's not too much, mind you), I don't really like the actual sets. The minifigs are quite cool and definitely worth having, but the helicopter, truck, and bikes do not appeal to me at all. Anyone else agree? Perhaps someone can point out some features of the sets that are cool?

Lovely, Wetwired. All of them are full of character. I find the fireman the most inspiring one, but the rest is great too. Good job on making bricks into robots, and robots into characters.

Thanks for your trouble, rogueang. That got me some answers. I guess I expected everything to be clearly written down somewhere, but it seems to me now that the challenges and builds are just evolving and growing so fast that the organisation hasn't caught up yet. At least I now know everything there is to know for us common guild members. I'll keep my eyes peeled for updates. Thanks again! (And I do hope I am not the only one who was wondering about these things, posting like a madman all around Historica, looking for answers. If I annoyed anyone - my apologies.) -
As everyone else said: really impressive. What an enormous build. I am humbled...

Thanks for your efforts, SI-Mocs. I'll post any ideas I have here, then. -
Impressive build, good storyline. I agree that you have succeeded in make the place look worn down and unyielding at the same time. That's a grand idea! Are you thinking of having a map with links to MOCs integrated into the picture? If that is possible, every guild should get one. It would definitely contribute to the accessibility and finesse of the Historica builds and stories.
