very good! i think its more accurate to the movie, but the lego chromed one is shinier and i just hate the non chrome one

well, hinkley, like i said before, i used another persons decal (from MCN .com) as inspiration, took it to Corel Draw (a program) and started to customize it. at first, i just started playing around with colors by changing the pixels, and then i made his eyes bigger and more slanted by rearanging the pixels. at first i tried to use paint, but thats way to hard. sorry for the fuzzy pics, i dont have a real space where i can take good pics with good lighting.

here is my custom darth nihilus, and hes from EU star wars. there isnt much to it, but here it is: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=3080538 it has a red lightsaber, a darth maul torso, a tattered black cape, a black hood, and a custom decal. i used one from MCN.com as ispiration, and made changes to it, like bigger eyes and tatoos. please give feedback!

yeah, i was thinking he was going to fix or pilot another vehicle... i think this is the best set now, but i dont understand why this is $100 with 1300 (or something like that) pieces, and the RGS is going to be $120 with only 1000ish pieces... but this is a great set for what you spend! *sweet*

hmmm... perhaps a chrome naboo ship from each PT movie would be cool, like the royal starship from TPM, the luxury cruiser from AOTC, and the senator ship from ROTS?? that would be extremely expensive to make though, and even more so for consumers. and making them bley would be horrible! *sick* im just hoping for the royal starship now, and the Jedi Temaple and Endor base for later... *wink*

i just bought this set on staurday, and its amazing!! i especially like the little carrier, but why would it carry the pilot and his cockpit?? and the droidika is wayyyyy to big, it needs to be a bit smaller than a minifig... *sadnew*

know your ecxited about the new sets, we all are, but they come when they come. (i mean this in the nicest way *wink*) i think they will come soon though, because we just got the grievous and an indy exclusive, so new pics, ON!! *devil* *grin*

ooh, i like this topic! nice collection, valentin! i wanted to post a topic that shows all of the CIS vehicles, theres so many! but my camera takes gigantic pics, and minimizing them is too much work and makes them blurry, and making a brickshelf folder for them just isnt good enough... *cry_sad*

well, do you have any relatives in the US? i think thats the least expensive way to get it, and if not, maybe you could get some sets if you ever come to america for whatever reason. but a warning: after christmas, no more shipments come in for the year, so once their gone, thats it (not sure if thats the case everywhere, and im not sure if BPs still come in) hope i helped! *blush*

wow! it looks...well, amazing! probably wont get it though, i gotta save my money for the minifig scale sets. ive already knocked the v-19 off my to-get list because of my budget :'-( *n* ... still, looks awesome! *sweet* this also raises my hopes for pics of the other new sets.

i think this minifig is very innacurate altogether, and its doubtful that i will get the set that shes in... *n*

heres mine: (when public) http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=312265 my chamber includes xwingyoda (thanks for letting me use your sigfig, btw) torturing a poor bad kid in many ways for spamming. this includes shocking him with an electiric spear, shooting him with a nail gun, sticking stickers from the DSS on him, making him wear rubber exoforce hair, jumping on top of him and making him eat a megablock, saying "do ya feel lucky, punk?!", and chooping his haed off with a bionicle ax. tell me how it looks in the other topic when the folders are up, please!

you can also use super smash bros brawl as inspiration, as it has wolf, falco, and fox in it. but dont even bother making minifigs unless its custom parts, becuse there arent any good pieces for fox. as for pics, just search "arwing" or "landmaster" on ggogle ;-)

ugh, snow... im done with that for a year... but pretty cool, and i hope you didnt use the motorized one!
