Well the red star moved in 2001 to do prohcies (which all came true). Then in 2006 it did lighting at the matoran and turned them into the Inika. A year later (or a week storyline wise) in 2007 Gali told by a voice, looked through the same telescope from 2001 and used a the mask of X-ray and found that there were alive things there.
