  1. The sails on the LEGO model compared to the original is awkward. If I may put my two cents in, this set doesn't do TLG any favors. I agree.
  2. Sorry to post a vague post above, but the order that hasn't arrived yet is the French order - 1001bricks. Chromebricks is really efficient with their shipping and ships within 2 weeks.
  3. It has been 3 weeks since my order, including New Year and Christmas, so is there anything to worry about? (The parcel being lost in the mail)?
  4. Happy New Year everyone! What are your new year's resolutions?
  5. Done. Anyone knows what will they be doing with the results of the survey? It's nice that LEGO is asking for our opinions and, as some of you have mentioned, strange why Bricklink was on the websites list twice?
  6. They should make a 6x6x2 bow brick.
  7. I don't quite get what you mean in the second suggestion. Can you please explain further? I have tried using the pneumatic tube -- it didn't bend very well in the extremes, it turned out to look like a square than a circle -- (The beginning of the slide requires it to be bent to a complete circle). I used several taps to hold it down. In general, the tube didn't really bend smoothly, or did I not bend it properly?
  8. It's noticeably faster now, not that I had any problems using before the upgrade. Thanks for all your hard work.
  9. Belville also has quite a similar color palette, mostly pink and purple. So I think the problem lies in the minifigure.
  10. Hi Dave, 11 studs long being the encompassing dimensions of the tube and I am planning on building it microscale. Some members have told me that using the pneumatic tube (hose) is the best solution for building in microscale, is that so? Can you please show me some of the possible ways to build it? Thanks.
  11. So... any ideas or techniques?
  12. I've tried building in the bag, but failed
  13. It's nice to know that there are still kind people in the world
  14. Hello everyone, does anyone know how to use LEGO (bricks, plates, etc.) to build a small scale version of this slide so that it can fit within any length up till 11 studs long? http://www.starcruises.com/newweb/images/new/highlight/ssv/HI/Parthenon%20Pool.jpg Thank you very much.
  15. Thank you for your suggestion Bart :)
