One of the admins at Brickset admitted that the Monster Fighters categorization was speculation, so the jury is still out on which theme this falls under.

Presuming that the building outed in the Town Hall introduction video is in the Haunted House modular: Any additional info out there? It's an interesting deviation from the traditional street scene, if it is indeed planned to be part of the normal modular line.
