    Updated 12/6/25 Wanted to let everyone know that yes this is still available. Just make your donation (I went with Doctors Without Boarders) and follow the instructions as per the OP . Mine showed up in my inbox about a week after I sent my email confirmation of donation. What can I say this is an amazing amount of work and quality.
