Just purchased the Bomber and Transport pod this morning. Got the promo figure as well
-
Is it me or does that droid between the Resistance soldier and the Battle Droid look like it might be based of the IG-RM Droids from the Rebels television show?
-
Alright I don't know if this has been discussed before but when/ where is the R3-M2 promo figure to be distributed?
-
I know OT Y-Wings were one seaters but wouldn't early ones that are left over from the Clone Wars be two seaters? I know for a fact the ones used in the Clone Wars had a gunners seat were there is just a turret in later models.

Has anyone determined what the best hair piece would be for Poe without his helmet? Apologies if this has already been asked by someone else? -
It is the same ship but it has a different color scheme. It would kinda make sense that the Rebels would use this class of ship as it had numerous uses during the Clone Wars and like other Republic ships of the era was probably quickly replaced and decommissioned by the Empire with all surviving ships being sold into the civilian market where the Rebels could aquire them for their own use.

based upon what sources is the 7th Sky Corps and 9th Assault Corps part of the 501st Legion in all sources I have seen they are never referred to as parts of the 501st so name your sources and I will believe you but until then I stick by my beliefs and the structure set up for the Grand Army of the Republic that I read in the visual guide for AOTC, the one for ROTS and the other guides I have read give me definitive proof published with approval by Lucasarts and I will believe you but until then I hold by my beliefs

I'm not claiming they are a legion I'm saying that they are of legion size which is much smaller than a corps approximately one fourth of a corps. In multiple sources the clone army is organized as follows one system army has four sector armies, one sector army has four corps, one corps has four legions, one legion has four regiments, one regiment has four battalions, one battalion has four companies, one company has four platoons, one platoon has four squads, and a squad has nine troopers. This has been stated in many source books such as "Inside the World of Star Wars: Attack of The Clones" and "Star Wars the Ultimate Visual Guide: Updated and Expand" plus many others all approved by Lucasarts so tell me which of these sources is biased
-
I already said the 41st is part of the 9th and in researching various sources I find no mention of the 9th corps being part of the 501st which doesn't even make sense as a corps is much larger than a legion four legions make up a corps not corps making up legions and it says in many sources that the 41st elite corps is actually the size of a legion. All sources never identify the higher command that the 9th assault is part of and only identify the 41st as part of the 9th
-
The 41st elite corps while designated a corps is actually a legion of the same size as the 501st and furthermore according to wookieepedia the 41st is part of the 9th Assault Corps while the 501st Legion while not identified as a part of any corps is part of the Open Circle Fleets ground units so therefore the 41st is in no way part of the 501st. What sources are you referring to as in searching wookieepedia I found no references anywhere to the 41st being part if the 501st?

Wasn't there someone hinting that the LT. Figure will be in a regular set sometime in 2014? -
I know all four of these ships would be difficult to recreate in lego but they are all necesary for a proper CW or PT Seperatist fleet these ships would be the C-9979 Landing Craft, Munificent Frigate, any of the Lucrehulk-class ships, and the Hardcell-class transport. These ships would add a great layer of depth for Seperatist forces and would allow actual scale capitol ship combat with offical system scale sets.

Several Battle Pack ideas one from the ANH, two from ROTS, and one from the CW. 1. Tantive IV Battle Pack- Contains two Stormtroopers, and two Rebel Troopers, the build would be the hatch that the Stromtroopers blow out and contains a function that lets you blow the hatch out. 2. Battle of Umbara Battle Pack- Contains one 501st Trooper, one 212th Trooper, and two Umbaran miltia members, the build could be either Umbaran scenery or a part of an Umbaran building. 3. Battle of Kashyyyk Battle Pack- Contains one Kashyyyk Scout Trooper, one Wookie Warrior, and Two Battle Droids, the build would be the entrenchments built along the shore in the film. 4. Battle of Utapau Battle Pack- Contains one 212th Trooper, one 212th Airborne Trooper, one Battle Droid, one Super Battle Droid, the build would be a crab droid and some sort of Utapauan scenery.

While yes that is the official formation of the Alliance To Restore The Republic before that groups such as Kota's militia and various other groups were in rebelion against the Empire there just wasn't an official Alliance yet so the show could be about the various organizations and groups that would go on to form the Alliance

There are three sets i really want to see in the near furture. 1: SPHA- $120-$150 which includes a fully articulated main gun, a detailed command center, and a troop bay for the forces that could deploy to secure the immediate vicinity. Also includes a small ground turret for Seperatist forces. Comes with 12 minifigs a Clone Commander, Leiutenant, 6 Troopers, 2 Battle Droids, and 2 SBDs. 2: UT-AT- $100-$120 comes with similar fetures to the SPHA in that it has both a command center and a small troop bay as well as a way to make the whole set look like it's floating like in the ROTS. Comes with 8 minifigs Commander Baccara, 3 Galactic Marines, 2 Battle Droids, and Two SBDs. 3: Octuptarra Magna Tri-Droid-$50-$80 includes the Tri-Droid with articulated legs and central body as well as some of the ruble seen on the bridge on Mygeeto in ROTS comes with 5 minifigs Ki-Adi-Mundi, 2 Galactic Marines, and 2 Battle Droids.

Next year I see them doing some season 5 CW sets and one of the sets I'm hoping for is the Republic Police Gunship seen in the episode "To Catch A Jedi" make it $50-60 set with a Phase 2 Pilot, a Phase 2 Commander Wolffe, Plo Koon, and maybe one or two Phase 2 Coruscant Gaurdsmen.
-
I remember this battle it was the episode after Bombad Jedi I think and it involved Ventress trying to rescue Gunray from the Republic
-
I don't remember any real large battles with them but a lot of season one episodes have them Ambush, Bombad Jedi, and several others have small groups of them working in conjunction with other battle droids

I was recently searching the web to see if there were any rumors for 2014 sets floating around and I came across a post I forget where of someone claiming we'd get a new Zam Wessel's speeder in the first wave of 2014 anyone know where that rumor originated? -
If they're redoing episode three sets maybe we will finally get the Invisible Hand and a remake of the V-Wing Starfighter.
-
Agreed they need to make it right if they are going to do it not leave the sides like the Venator maybe even throw in some kind of barracks area on ship for off-duty troopers.
