Hi everyone! I’m excited to share my latest MOC: a medieval watchtower built on a rocky cliff. This build has 4001 pieces and features: A sturdy stone tower with battlements and arrow slits A rotating ballista to defend against invaders A hidden cave beneath the cliff for secret treasures A winding path leading up to the tower I focused on combining realistic medieval architecture with natural landscape elements to create a dramatic and immersive scene. Thank you so much, Grover! 😊 I'm really glad you liked the medieval well and the destroyed castle wall — those are two of my personal favorites as well! To answer your question: many of my MOCs start as freehand sketches or ideas that come to mind while imagining medieval battle scenes or fantasy landscapes. I often begin by drawing on paper, and then I move to digital design using Studio (from BrickLink) to refine the builds and test different structures. I really enjoy mixing artistic inspiration with digital planning — it allows me to bring more detail and coherence to each build.
