This is my first post, sorry if its a rant, but I have been banned from using lego.com as they claim I have put in false claims for missing or empty boxes, they are still investigating my case, it all started because the delivery company couldnt find the parcel when their van broke down, and told me to contact lego, which to be fair they tried a reshipment twice only for them to be cancelled, when I finally found out why they blocked my account from ordering from lego.com, through not fault of mine. Anyone had a banned/blocked account unbanned so you can order again?
