  1. Hi folks apologies for what is probably a very newbie question. I have tried searching for results here and online in general and have only found 1 result (from 2014). Basically I'm trying to find out a way to pin a curved track to a 32x32 baseplate other than using ballasting like the method seen in Bevins Brickworld that raises the track up 2 or 3 plates high. I've made an attempt myself already using plates with knobs (and a lot of trial and error) and then tiles to fill in the gaps ......but have found the track sometimes pops up so I've obviously done something wrong. Has anyone come up with a template or image of where the connection points are between a curved track and a baseplate?
  2. Hi All, My name is Rory. Originally from Ireland I now live in Canada. Loved lego as a kid but never really had a lot of sets. Started getting back into it a few years ago with the modular buildings (which is how I found this site) and have since bought a bunch of track and a couple of the train sets. For Christmas this year I decided to put together my first (very basic) track layout with some of the Winter Village sets. The kiddos had a great time building the train station and toy shop.
