  1. REAL. I adore this whole series because I adore the Spider-Verse movies, but even outside of that I absolutely love that they included the unmasked versions of so many characters because it meant we got a wonderful array of diverse faces and hair pieces that we probably wouldn't have gotten otherwise
  2. It's a less detailed version of the normal Spider-Man mask, with slightly tweaked eyes to fit the bandana piece better (also no back head printing) (Images taken from Just2Good's review) https://photos.fife.usercontent.google.com/pw/AP1GczNLRmdstPFdd59ONLNaPu87IBQ_pzTBOkvwk6BPyfjoWwvk6CkuBJoYbw=w1257-h707-s-no-gm?authuser=0 https://photos.fife.usercontent.google.com/pw/AP1GczPiBchzaIdnZfGBbocDWxRgsfC_8Kmfs1v4Wm9-GkeveaDYf6zhLA7Whg=w1257-h707-s-no-gm?authuser=0
  3. I think the Lego Batman Movie Arkham has the odds stacked against it in that it's not old enough to have nostalgic value for most people on this forum AND it's also not the newest, biggest version like the modular D2C one, using all kinds of modern techniques and pieces to really shine. It's not that it's bad, it's just not the best in any one particular category
  4. From the way they described it, it sounds like they're going to be focusing more on the playsets based on buildings mentioned in the article. Which is cool! But also seems like the way the future of the line was pointing anyway lol. From what I've seen those sets seem pretty popular, with fun builds, play features, easter eggs, and novel figures, so it only made sense they'd start to focus on those, and I guess they wanted to emphasize that just because the sets are based on different Marvel "Earths" (movies, mainline comics 616, new Ultimate 6160, etc), that doesn't mean they can't cross over and facilitate play? Maybe we'll start to see them treat the theme more like their original properties, with a larger focus on collectible mcguffins and/or the opportunity to assemble a team of specific good guys v bad guys? Guess we'll see
  5. yuuuuus Silver finally! And in a reasonably priced set!!! Here's hoping we get his Super form someday
  6. I will say the leaked Batwing figure likely was assembled by someone who simply used the wrong head - that's what the buzz I've seen around is anyway. It wouldn't be the first time someone assembled a leaked figure wrong, and someone unfamiliar with the comics could easily make that mistake
  7. It's interesting that (among others obviously) Bane, Scarecrow, and Croc specifically have the jumpsuits. I wonder if they'll have designs inspired by the Arkham Asylum game where they had prison suits modified to look more like their traditional outfits? (I mean. They probably won't. But we can dream, right?) Catwoman in (presumably) her normal suit is cool though, I hope they bring back that cowl piece they introduced in The Lego Batman Movie and don't just reuse the Black Panther ears again
  8. Considering it's called "Team Sonic," it's probably just gonna be Sonic, Tails, and maybe Knuckles and/or Amy depending on the variety they want
  9. If we were to get a Sage figure, do you think she'd have a specially molded head, or do you think she'd be a normal minifig? Personally, I could see both working well, but a normal minfig could have a second face for when she turns blue...
