  1. Hello Brick-Addicts! I'm a AFOL and atm i'm raising 2 future AFOL in my youth i had the Metroliner (+club car!), some additional tracks, the red 9v crocodile loco, the big yellow train station and some more. sadly i wasn't very careful with my lego sets and all instructions and boxes have disappeared... last year i spent hours over hours picking our lego pile and searching for the right parts. i was able to find most of the pieces and ordered the few missing pieces (+way too many additional tracks). tracks and crocodile were already given to the youngsters and they (obviously!) are happy with the lego train (i'm not sure if they know HOW happy they should be with the good ol' 9v train). but then i somehow stumbled across a video regarding lego trains and DCC and i just thought: why not? i already have a dcc-ex command center and two motors with DCC decoders! the first decoder was from TAMS and worked out of the box (i'm sure i should change some settings but a least forwards = forwards, backwards = backwards and stop = stop) but my second decoder (Doehler & Haass) doesn't work as expected. before this project i had nothing to do with DCC and i'm a little out of my depth. given that i already landed on this forum for numerous times i thought i should register and maybe i'll also ask if somebody could point me in the right directions. i'm looking forward to interesting discussions and i'll continue to be impressed from all your wonderful projects! best regards blaine (the mono)
