  1. Well, more or less the same here. However, the (self censored) chinese guy of course didn't give a real address. PayPal told me that they would be checking my package untill it is showing as "delivered". However, I told them that they should not expect it to be ever "delivered" to an unexisting address... They just answered to keep the post office form with tracking number showing that the package was actualy sent to the "provided address", and that would be enough for them. So keep the damn paper...
  2. PP asked me to return it for refund. Told them it was a bad idea, as of course the address they provided looks a little bit like "father christmas, north pole" and will not likely reach anyone. So they insisted and I thought that maybe I'll send them a nice picture of my (sensored). Then I opened the 64Gb USB key to test it (my poor benefit...) and realized that it's failed. So no, it's useless Those guys are so good...
  3. I beat you all ! I received a 64Gb usb key. At least I can use it... But it's expensive for just a key... (if it works, I am not opening the package in case PP would ask to ship it back...)
  4. I don't understand the scammers. Are they so dumb ? Why just don't change the product they are selling, since they know now everybody is watching them about the Lego stuff ? Just sell, I don't know, playmobils for a change ;-) I am a (dumb) victim of one of the first scams in late August, the one from HK. To my defense, I have bought plenty of things (including lego) within the past 10 years on Ebay (including at very low prices), and never been screwed. Hard way to learn a lesson... FYI, and just because I am curious, the last items coming from UK, I just contacted the seller and asked for an actual picture of the seller, the item, and a calendar or a newspaper of the day... Will let you know if I get anything ! I have heard that several legitimate (professional) sellers have also been victims of the scam : the 10179 is also sold on Alibaba.com in 10-packs. Some professionnals (and dumb sellers) bought them, and immediatly put the items back, sold as single units, on Ebay, knowing that they had received a tracking number for the items, and buying from professionals to professionnals they assumed that would reveived and send back ASAP the items. Many professionnals do that : sell things before they actualy receive it. Double screw : never received the items, and right know have to pay back the ebay users, they store beeing screwed as well because of several bad notes they recevied... Sorry for my bad english ;-) PS : I have received a tracking number too for my 10179, and should know by tomorrow if I am the new lucky owner of a brand new USB cable as well... Will let you know. However, if at the post office they are asking for anything like customs tax, I will refuse the package !
