  1. First look at UCS Slave 1! They've seemingly done a beautiful job sculpting the base to really nail that round shape.
  2. We are living in the dark ages of Lego Star Wars I fear. They simply are just not executing things well at a reasonable price.
  3. They designed this Boba figure from a really cloudy memory Hair is an easy fix, even the arm colors - though it will not be consistent with Jango as it is supposed to be No dual molded legs though 😭
  4. Then he should have a poncho, which he does not.
  5. Could potentially be fake, but it's unlikely given the traction it's gained. It just looks like Darth Dev on the Boba body. Lazy at best.
  6. I seriously have to wonder if LSW designers even reference source material anymore. It's an easy fix with Boba's hair, but it's the principle of it being so wildly incorrect I am peeved by. Was really hoping for dual molded legs for him, but oh well. Sand blue arms are also interesting. They're probably just trying to establish consistency between him and Jango meaning he will yet again be sand blue.
  7. The new Palpatine may be one of the best one to date. Finally they correctly reflected his skin tone as white instead of that snot yellow they have been using.
  8. I think a Cloud City diorama like the Indy set would bode well as well as pay homage to the 2003 version as it was done in a very similar style. The fact that Lando, a main character of the most popular and represented trilogy, in his most iconic outfit has reached $200+ on the after market is a colossal failure by Lego. Cloud City, as proven by the 2018 rendition, is a hard adaption at MBS/UCS size and scale.
  9. On an entirely different note, I haven’t seen anyone really talking about the UCS Slave 1 minifigures. I have high hopes - especially for Boba Fett. This picture best exemplifies everything I’m hoping for: Dual molded legs for Boba are a must in a UCS set. Typically, dual molded legs on Star Wars figures have maintained exclusivity to UCS, though we are starting to see a shift away from this with 75385. Dark brown Han Solo hair piece will be perfect for Boba. Easy fix if it's not what they decide to go with but would be nice. A poncho would be a CRAZY plus (definitely not expecting this however lol). They’re finally going to get the darker skin tone right which is really exciting. You may notice the color of the sleeves match between the two characters - a detail that has never been reflected in previous Lego adaptions of these characters. I wonder if they’ll get that right. I hope to see a face print on Jango with the headgear in that photo reference and as a call back to the 2003 figure ie. the last time they made his ship!
  10. Are you reaching this conclusion based on the fact there aren't any coming out or has it been stated "dioramas are cancelled"? Don't be hasty - we thought at this time last year that helmets were done for.
  11. Wasn't Enoch supposed to be in the Peridia set? Hope this isn't a fluke. Wouldn't be strange though, considering how Vaughn is a named clone in a battle pack.
  12. ...and is $20 more! I love it here woo!!!!
  13. At least UCS Slave 1 is safe. What a loser that guy though
  14. A certain amount of the value of 75060 is due to its exclusive elements - the release of Jango's version is not going to change the exclusivity of parts/minifigures. Depending on how similar the models turn out to be, people may be more inclined to want to collect both and I could see the value of Boba's trend upwards.
