  1. I like Spider-Man 3 venom minifigure and despite my distain for the venomized vibe I do like the venomized wolverine fig. Mysterio skull gives it something a bit different. Angry hulk eyes are cool but not enough to justify getting it.
  2. Bugle minifigures are truly awful - cpt America is a classic half black take of venom as expected not a proper venomized cap. Building looks ok. Easy skip. Holding out for doomsday…
  3. Sigh these January sets sound dross - starting to get exceptionally frustrated with Lego in terms of pricing and quality. I know I’m jaded because I’ve been collecting for 15 years and there’s new collectors and the primary audience… you know kids… to provide for but it’s so unexciting. Even for my own kids most Lego playsets (location/good vehicle with multiple minifigures) are too expensive for anything other than a main Christmas or birthday present and are jammed full of repeats. Venomized characters wise I don’t mind too much but that can’t ever be the main draw for a set - Cap for the Bugle?!? That needs to be a perk. The fact there’s no agent venom or black suit spidey still or big fig venom is bonkers. Anyway, whinge over, I assume the venomized Cap is going to be similar to the funko one which is fully transformed. Couldn’t find a clear marvel design for wolverine venom (there is a cool x23 one in funko). As long as there’s a full venomized version. I really dislike the half transformed bit. Clinging on to hope that Doomsday will revive both the MCU and mainly the LEGO Marvel theme - I’n desperate for new minifigures (thunderbolts, xmen, xmen97, missing avengers variants and characters, missing spidey villains, comic sets, variant costume, all new characters). I know it “flopped” but I miss the eternals…. Here’s 10 new characters and 4 sets for every movie era! I bet I’m not even gonna get a Jeff the Land shark in the new 4+ spidey pirate sets!
  4. Do we know if web slingers head is a new print or just the standard spidey mask print? I can’t tell from pics like on brickset.
  5. I like this idea. Treating it all as one linked Lego marvel universe but with lots of variants, costumes and characters would be right up my street. A few of the new Spidey sets seem like a good step forward. Hopefully lots of new minifigs. To be honest I would just be grateful for lots more Lego marvel content. Spiderverse cmf, plus doomsday sets over next couple of years plus brick verse. Positive news hopefully
  6. Marvel Brickverse https://www.brickfanatics.com/lego-marvel-brickverse-teased-2025-and-2026/ Not sure what my thoughts are in this. Does this mean more sets? Does it mean good sets? Just a branding exercise? The little trailer on marvels YouTube was fun but nothing significant jumping out at me as new or upping my excitement.
  7. After some early 2026 leaks do you think we can expect Marvel rumours soon? It’s slow and quiet other than prospect of spiderverse cmf.
  8. Watching new(ish) Spidey and his amazing friends with the kids this morning - including Moongirl and Devil Dinosaur which would have been great in Lego. Looks like next batch of episodes are pirate/water themed! Fingers crossed for a Spidey pirate ship with Jeff the land shark (surely the only chance of getting him in Lego) in January ‘26!
  9. Ooo I like that figure, human torch minifig in red surely coming in doomsday sets. I guess it will depend on how well the film and Lego set do £wise. Has anyone in UK seen F4 Galactus Lego out early anywhere? Be good to get it tomorrow or Saturday before Sunday! Spider-Punk looks great. Love the hairpiece. Might have to get two - masked and unmasked!
  10. Feels like we’re going to be very light on Marvel sets from now until Autumn 2026 with the Doomsday move. I was hoping Doomsday might have led to a reinvigoration of the theme but the extra delay doesn’t fill me with much hope. Let’s see - would love to be proved wrong. I will just have to enjoy my F4 and Spiderverse CMF.
  11. One of the minifigs with the Lego ideas prize machine has very Gwen spiderverse hair. Not a piece I recognise (though I’ve been wrong before). Perhaps a sneak peak of what we will get with the CMF?
  12. You know what…. I like it. Galactus is good. Minifigures are alright. I would have added grey to Mr Fantastics hair and given them dual moulded legs but that’s fixable now or in the future depending on what colour blue they are. I’m happy overall.
  13. I’m disappointed but unsurprised. Lego have long since given up on putting 100% into Marvel. I’m apprehensive about Doomsday sets. No flame on Johnny is crazy. No dual legs is poor. What colour do we think the torsos are based on the Thing instruction leak? If it’s Medium Azure then frozone’s legs might do?
  14. I’m very excited for the fantastic four set. It’s my most anticipated set this year. Ever since I first got the deadpool/wolverine/magneto set I’ve craved classic xmen and F4 minifigures. With this set and the Xmen mansion I’m very happy. Hopefully they show it soon but I would guess probably start of May. Do we know from rumours whether H.E.R.B.I.E is included? He’s quite prominent in marketing for the movie but I feel Lego would have dined out on him being a “minifigure” so we would already know about him alongside the F4.
