With the trio removed from the Main Tower box art, you can get a more clear view at the viaduct entrance and astronomy tower. I also didn’t see the box art for the new flying ford Anglia, and it has a very clear background of the viaduct entrance and astronomy tower as well. I think they might go as far as combining these two into one big summer set with the viaduct bridge and call it a day on this line. I am at least confident at this point we will see the astronomy tower as well. Hard to say if this goes into 2027 and we get the clocktower or anything more.

The summer set names actually leaked on December 8 last year. So if we’re lucky again this year, we could know what the summer will look like in a weeks time. I will caveat that was earlier than usual.

I’m pondering the same thing. I feel like this image has prompted more questions about this castle line than answers. I initially thought when this would be revealed that we would finally begin to see the pieces coming together of the larger picture, but this only adds more curiosity. Option 1) it’s standalone like the flying lesson and Owlery, and we’ve given Lego more credit than we should’ve with the overall plan of this “most detailed hogwarts”, with only a few of the sets adding to the classic facade, and other ones are just free floating. option 2) it ends next year and once we see the summer names of the sets for 2026, perhaps this set + the flying lesson will be clear as to how they fit in (if at all? However both sets have clips in odd places) another option is that this current system expands beyond 3 years and they are truly going all out, and this is the beginning of the quad or a bell tower. (This option seems low likelihood, but maybe we’ll be surprised).

Minifigures for the January 2026 sets leaked on insta / reddit. No Ron in the Lovegood house. Good lord what did poor Ron do to deserve this neglect from LEGO. Will we ever get a DH1 Ron.
-
I’m not sure if I saw any discussion on the leaked piece count for the January wave? Solid piece count for the hospital wing. About 200 more pieces than the flying lesson. Gives some hope that it’s the clock tower. Lovegood House piece count is a bit concerning. Also the sorting hat and Hagrid’s motorcycle being identical makes me think one of them is off. Hagrid’s motorcycle: private drive escape: 124 pieces Sorting had ceremony: 124 pieces Cornish pixie: 320 pieces Hogwarts castle: Hospital wing: 907 pieces Cauldron secret potions: 652 pieces Philosophers stone collectors edition: 1571 pieces Lovegood house: 764 pieces flying ford Anglia: 868 pieces

This is a bit of a random mix of sets? Taking it with a grain of salt for now. I’m also seeing some discrepancies between different reports. Could the hospital wing = clock tower?

I like the Aunt Marge face print / regular figure. It captures her well. Petunia on the other hand was better last time. Her alternative face being a massive smile? Quite out of character. This has to be a generic female face reprint from somewhere.
-
Only thing seemingly unique about it is what appears to be Cedric with a new face and hair print? Interesting. Maybe we’ll see that again in a 2026 set. also the inclusion of child Luna and what looks like Daphne Greengrass are so similar it’s hard to know it’s not two variant of Luna. This AC and the builds have a very (above averagely) childish look / feel to them overall.

I think you’re onto something here. Good observation.

It looks to me like the clips (if there are any) will be on the left hand side of the tower. In the image showing them combined, it appears like it is recommended to clip into the second pin on the great hall just after the count yard. It looks like it connects possibly to the two pins on the great hall that are narrowly close to each other on each side of the thin corridor where the portrait hallway or charms class can go. Maybe they only recommend connecting it to one pin, and displaying it angularly. I think that makes sense / might be the best way to display it visually. It seems like the archway to nowhere on the great hall courtyard and the clip below it will be reserved for a possible future viaduct.
-
The silhouette of the astronomy tower in the background might be a hint of what’s to come in the future. I am becoming more confident that they are going to do sections of the castle beyond the 2018 micro scale.

I’m initially disappointed we’re likely getting another PS flagship set. In my mind I hoped for any of the other movies, but deep down I’m not surprised this is what they chose. All that to say- it appears that we have new unique variants, and we’re covering scenes that haven’t been done since 2001/2002. + a v nice nearly headless Nick and a unique professor. So honestly, I’m now pretty excited if they are going to cover all of the challenges + have the smaller castle part attached beside the tower with this as well. Only thing that isn’t a thrill was mentioned above- we’re probably getting another professor Quirrell. Probably a Dumbledore too. Then some generic Hogwarts students. Not too many opportunities to shock us with the figures. If they are going to do the Gryffindor homeroom, maybe we’ll get prefect Percy Weasley.

That seems like a really low piece count for a D2C… really hoping this isn’t a micro-scale.

We finally have some leaks of Aunt Marge’s visit lego set. They’re on the same ig as the one mentioned above pertaining to the Hogsmeade leak. - aunt Marge appears to be some form of big fig (no indication of a regular fig for her) - both front and back of the house. Hinges closed to one full house or opens to show interior. While it looks more complete than the previous version, perhaps it has less details? The back atrium is included this time (makes sense with the scene) - ripper the dog is present. All minifigs appear to be new variants? Aunt Petunia it’s hard to tell. Harry is the same as the night bus.
